Works great and is very easy to use. The MCE Volume Discount app does exactly what we need and is simple to set up. Highly recommended!
Excellent support. The MCE team was very helpful, responsive, and patient while helping us troubleshoot a more specific Shopify setup. They fixed an issue with our campaign editor and guided us through the correct configuration until everything worked as expected. We really appreciated that they took the time to help us solve the problem instead of giving us a generic answer. Great app and great support team. Highly recommended!

I don't love how you need to pay for more than 10 orders. No discount, only gets 10 orders, so I wish that number were 100 so that I can use the app more. Otherwise, great app! Easy to set up my discount :)

Thanks for your review. Orders are only counted if they contain discounts created by our app, not all orders on your store. That’s why you should only switch to a paid plan once the app is actually generating orders for you. Because of this, we believe our pricing is already very reasonable.

Great app with many useful features for increasing AOV and boosting conversions. I especially like the flexibility for creating volume discounts and bundles. Customer support is also fast and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Overall, a very solid app for any Shopify store looking to improve sales and offer better deals to customers. This app has been a great addition to my Shopify store. The app works smoothly and makes it very easy to create bundle offers that actually help increase order value. The flexibility it offers (different quantities, pricing options, etc.) is exactly what I needed. I also want to give a special thanks to Cathy — she was incredibly helpful throughout the setup process. She responded quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working perfectly. Highly recommend both the app and the support team! 5***** always!

Love that you can try the app before being committed to a plan. Support was very quick and helpful with an installation question I had.
Still setting everything up, but absolutely love that I can try it free without committing to monthly fees. Support was also incredibly fast responding to some questions about custom CSS and scripting. Helped me get it looking exactly like I wanted in no time. Super happy that I can setup multiple tiers for the automated pricing discount. I've tried 5 other apps and none could do that!!!

This quantity discount app works brilliantly on our website — allowing us to control our pricing and provide breaks to our customers when they order more baking / pizza stones. The app is easy to understand and if you do happen to run into a situation where you need something special, the customer service is top notch. They helped us customize it so that it was optimized for our goals. Fantastic experience and product.

Encountered some issues while activating the campaign which was set up in advance last week, but customer service was quick to respond and fix the issues!
Fantastic app and excellent customer service. I've tried a few apps and found this one worked the best for us. I also contacted chat support for setup assistance and they answered immediately and stayed with me until it was sorted out.
This is a decent app, it does the things we require it to do. The developer went above and beyond to customise the table how we needed it to work and look. I think there could be some improvements, like having more options for personalising the table colours in the UI. It would also be great if we could list more than 25 offers, as we require a lot more and I think this will be an stumbling block for us to get around.

This is a great little application with plenty of functionality, even for the free version. It has always worked great, and whenever I have faced issues, support has always been extremely helpful and quick to resolve. Would highly recommend.

Low cost and incredibly quick and easy to set up. I have used an expensive wholesale app before which was over complicated. The Quantity discounts app by MCE is far cheaper but just as effective and easier to use. Deals can be set across all products, or on certain products or collections. Perfect. Boost your sales with ease. Fully recommended

Lovely people that made a wonderful app. I absolutely adore the discount table function of the app. Asked them for one extra decimal to the unit price on the table, so the product (unit) price gets displayed more precisely and they fixed it within a couple of hours. Could not recommend this app more!

Tolle App, macht was Sie soll und gibt Staffelpreise auch als Preis aus. Texte können beliebig konfiguriert und ersetzt, somit auch problemlos übersetzt werden. Super schneller und freundlicher Support, hat einen kleinen fehler in der Ausgabe sofort behoben.
A very good little app for providing volume discounts for multiple item purchases. We have tried many different apps and this was by far the best! The support is very responsive and helpful. When they weren't available on the live chat they got back to me by email promptly. One important feature for us was that it calculates discount amount exactly, without rounding the line item unit price (e.g. 10x £0.05 items @ 10% off = £0.45 total). Other apps we have tried take 10% off the line item price then round it to 2 decimals before summing the total, which would result in no discount being applied.
