Metorik was an amazing tool on WooCommerce to help see sales across multiple stores. We've moved to Shopify and the support team were excellent in helping me understand how we should migrate and in getting everything set up again on Shopify. Definitely recommend this tool for getting a better insight into sales. I'm sure I don't use all the features (having seen others on another review here), but even just for high level stats, it's awesome. Thank you so much! We've been using Metorik for close to 7-8 years (since WooCommerce). We are now using it for all of our Shopify stores as well to get all the insights we need across our 8 stores. Support is great and the data is accurate. Connecting Metorik to Meta/TikTok/Google Ads is a game changer to better understand your CM on a daily basis. It's a go-to tool for us for all our analytics. We trust Metorik more than the panel data available on Meta and Google. Metorik has certainly helped our business scale-up on the back of robust data analytics. The team at Metorik is super responsive. Haven't had an instance when we were left to scramble with an issue. This app has been essential for us to fully understand how our e-commerce site is performing. The level of detail you can look at for customer sales is really useful (sales per product type, where a customer is based, customer life time value etc.) We have several reports that automatically generate each month helping us with sales analysis, bookkeeping, and generating flows in Klaviyo. As a business owner, I use it everyday to keep myself fully informed and I highly recommend it. Plus, the customer service has always been excellent, nothing is too much trouble and the response time is fast. Thank you so so much for such a nice review! Metorik has been an absolute game changer for us, we currently run 8 x sites 4 x b2b and 4 x DTC the detail of the data and visibility of the customizable dashboards is incredible. I had been using salesforce for 2 years paying huge $$ for a below average setup, Metorik has allowed us to move away from salesforce. The platform was so easy to set up just a few clicks and we were up and going in minutes, not weeks! my team were across it in one day and using it freely immediately The team at metorik are also amazing to work with - any extra data i need to see they have been very accommodating, i believe in this platform i will be excited to see where the team at Metorik take it! When I first switched my store to Shopify from Woocommerce, I wanted to leverage a strong reporting and marketing tool to measure financial and operating performance, and to help gain marketing insight. I tried a couple of popular tools but they were bloated and very slow. I found Metorik to be super fast in processing a bunch of data and very accurate in generating my financial numbers and other operating reports. I started using Metorik years ago with woocommerce, and have since migrated over to Shopify. I literally don't think I could survive without this app. It is the one app that I use more than any other. It's so well designed, and supplies so much useful data. I keep a tab open in my pc and on my phone and refer to it multiple time per day. You can try to piece data together from a bunch of different sources to try to get a full view of what's going with your business, or you can just install Metorik and get it all in one place. Metorik is my FAVORITE app - marketing, sales, and customer service information are all in one place. I'm able to quickly pull reports, make business decisions, troubleshoot customer issues, etc. I seriously added Metorik to my Shopify account immediately after signing up - it's a must-have for me and my team. If you have a question or need help with something, the Metorik team is right there - usually answering quickly and extremely detailed. I'm a huge Metorik fan and couldn't do business without the system. :) Thank you so much! The app is super helpful to provide much greater detail than standard Shopify analytics. The customer service is next level. I've used with a previous company (on woocommerce) and they were always so quick to respond to questions and make even make simple changes to functionality if they agreed with feedback. Meteorik is a great tool on 3 levels... (1) You can extract the data to evaluate how your store is doing. It provides easy-to-use filters, dashboards, and reports to drill down and compare sales, products, customers, etc. (2) It's also easy to segment data (sales, products, customers) and run reports or export it. And finally (3) You can set up triggers to automatically email your customers based on data from your store. So why are those 3 key points vital for the success and growth of a business? (1) You need to be able to digest the data relating to your sales & profits - the numbers. [For example, seeing who are my most/least profitable customers and what are they ordering most/least.] (2) Seeing clear data in reports is great, and sometimes it's necessary to export data to a spreadsheet in order to crunch the numbers and extrapolate sales data. (3) Being able to automatically generate specific emails based on triggers/events is golden. I've tried several other reporting apps. Meteorik is light years ahead. It truly shines in the way it delivers useful data. The interface is clean and simple. It concisely provides the information we need to see the big picture. Metorik is the analytics dashboard we use daily (hourly sometimes) to segment our data in ways which is not possible despite having Shopify Plus (therefore even more useful for more basic Shopify tiers). It also has a direct integration with intercom so we can see what dialogue we have had with a certain customer and also lets us communicate directly through their engage module to send automated emails. Remember they are a little unknown on the Shopify side of things, but we (and MANY others) use(d) Metorik before changing to Shopify from WooCommerce... I am looking forward to see what further innovations this agile company will bring! Metorik is hands down the best reporting app there is. It's capability infinitely exceeds what is available on Shopify. We started using Metorik back when we were with Woo Commerce and for a moment there, because we had to switch to Shopify, we sadly had to make do with Shopify + some other not-great reporting apps. We have been looking for an advanced reporting app for a long time and could not be happier with Metorik. Metorik allows us to create auto run reports that are very helpful to our Wholesale Business. Been using Metorik already on Woocommerce, then switched to shopify and really been missing the functionality. Until... Metorik launched for shopify. Metorik is one of the smoothest interfaces I've evers used. Segmentation functionality is second to none. Automatic exports of highly detailed segments (customers or orders), detailed reporting on whatever you can think of, Engage to send automatic emails based on various conditions to customers or any other email (much more straight-forward and more detailed than even specialised software like Klaviyo) ... so many things about Metorik are valuable. We were previously using Metorik for WooCommerce, great to see its now available for Shopify. Shopify's built in analytics is good for basic analysis, but if you're needing anything more sophisticated, Metorik is hands down, the best option we've found.
