So I pay for this service outside of Shopify and decided to add it to my store. It is horrible as a standalone. It does not load your mockups once you use your credit. It is the only app that causes your browser to crash. It bogs down your system.

Dear DèɛpEŋD Luxe Apparel, Thank you for your feedback. The mockup loading and browser crash issues you reported in the older version have been fully addressed. Since your last use, our App has been completely upgraded: rendering engine rebuilt for better performance; integrated multiple popular AI models (AI image/video generation) for one-click lifestyle scenes, model imagery, batch color swapping, and bulk SKU creation; smoother UI and stronger stability. If you're willing to give us another try, please reach out to us (contact@mockuplabs.ai) and we'll activate a free 7-day Pro Plan trial. If you're satisfied, we'd appreciate an updated rating—if not, we welcome your feedback. We look forward to hearing from you.
Just an app that pulls product data and sends it to their website. Nothing would download. The App itself is pretty terrible, the UI is fantastic but my mockups looked like pixelized messes. I don't even know if the download would look better since the download didn't work (but it was fine using the credits).

Dear Throttle Designs, Thank you for your feedback. The "download unresponsive" issue has been fixed—downloads are now stable and smooth. Meanwhile, our App has been fully upgraded: file transfer protocol enhanced for faster, more reliable downloads; integrated multiple popular AI models (AI image/video generation) for one-click lifestyle scenes, model imagery, batch color swapping, and bulk SKU creation; overall UI/UX significantly improved. Regarding the "pixelated" look—to be transparent: free users receive low-resolution versions, while paid users always get high-resolution originals. Output quality in the current version has been greatly improved. If you're willing to give us another try, please reach out to us (contact@mockuplabs.ai) and we'll activate a free 7-day Pro Plan trial.
