My account constantly gets pushed back into the "Free" plan despite being charged $119 every month. It constantly writes over existing alt text that it has already done. I'd advise using a different App. The Alt Text that this app does make is great
Just an app that pulls product data and sends it to their website. Nothing would download. The App itself is pretty terrible, the UI is fantastic but my mockups looked like pixelized messes. I don't even know if the download would look better since the download didn't work (but it was fine using the credits).

Dear Throttle Designs, Thank you for your feedback. The "download unresponsive" issue has been fixed—downloads are now stable and smooth. Meanwhile, our App has been fully upgraded: file transfer protocol enhanced for faster, more reliable downloads; integrated multiple popular AI models (AI image/video generation) for one-click lifestyle scenes, model imagery, batch color swapping, and bulk SKU creation; overall UI/UX significantly improved. Regarding the "pixelated" look—to be transparent: free users receive low-resolution versions, while paid users always get high-resolution originals. Output quality in the current version has been greatly improved. If you're willing to give us another try, please reach out to us (contact@mockuplabs.ai) and we'll activate a free 7-day Pro Plan trial. If you're satisfied, we'd appreciate an updated rating—if not, we welcome your feedback. We look forward to hearing from you.
Now that I have used this app for a decent amount of times and have connected 2000 products to amazon successfully with no errors (other API's have been unsuccessful lately with Amazon) I feel I can write a better review. Cons: -Address information doesn't import. This is the only reason I am marking this to 2 stars because it's pretty annoying to have to manually add in address information for orders. LitCommerce says they are working with Amazon on this but other API's do it just fine. If you are getting daily orders, you will be doing a lot of extra manual data entry. Because other marketplace connectors import shipping addresses, I know this is possible. -Support sometimes guides you in any direction, and not the right direction. I have resolve listing errors myself. Overall, they are great though. Pros: -It works. -Clean UI -Templates / Receipts are cool, but can overcomplicate things. I think you should be able to manually override products that use a template. Silly that I can't change the name of a product because it's locked behind a template. -Support is fantastic, and "chats" are more like email chains where you can return hours later and continue the issue. -Depending on sales, it can be less expensive than others.
I would consider myself a heavy user, this app in the beginning really shot me to a new level in revenue. However, with recent Amazon API changes, nothing seems to work and support (while kind of helpful) can't seem to fix the issue. I haven't been able to successfully list a product in months. Images seem to break, errors left and right that nobody seem to know how to fix. I hate to write a bad review from these guys because of how good things once were but as of recently, I can't recommend this to anyone who relies on Amazon. eBay and Etsy tend to post product just fine

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct; there have been significant changes to the Amazon API, which have led to some challenging technical issues. Most of these issues have now been resolved, while others are still being addressed. Nikki
I was pretty excited to try a new Amazon API app. This one seemed more robust and solid than other. However, with Amazon's new API Update, mapping meta fields is almost required for anything with a Variant. For examples I sell posters with a size. A typical Size options is 11" x 14", but this no longer works for Amazon and you have to map two separate fields for Length and Width. You either needs to pay $99 a month or a one time fee of $500 for a very basic option thats is now basically required.
