MP‑Store Credit

Support is not great. They rarely answer the actual question asked. And for some reason that I can't fathom, it keeps issuing free shipping credits to customers when we DO NOT offer free shipping to anyone. Going to find a new app if support doesn't improve.

Installed app, but only 78 out of 1700 customers show in the app, and not the two I want to issue store credits to. Contacted support but no response received after a week. Hi Stephanie, We have not received any support request from you. Please contact us via email or call. Thanks, Ishan
