I really appreciate how involved and helpful the developers of this app are. I recently signed a contract with GLS and they sadly didnt provide me with any tehnical support in order to start shipping orders. Instead, one of the developers of this app helped me configure everything. We havent started testing everything this app has to offer yet, but we are sure it is going to be a good and smooth experience. So far, the UI/UX is really nice and we appreciate the communication and support. Highly recommend!

The app works brilliantly. The job is done much quicker with it. The customer support from the developers is amazing and fast. Must be the best Shopify app we use and I can only recommend it - you will not be disappointed. EDIT 25. 8. 2025: we had a request and they once again proved them self with fixing it for us. Thanks!
Unfortunately, in Shopify, through billing with Oblio Software, MyGLS Professional is not very helpful if you have the basic plan at Shopify. And to move to the higher plan at Shopify costs you 45 dollars more, from 24 dollars, to 69. Otherwise, Oblio does not invoice through the basic plan at Shopify, appearing the error "Custom Level 2 PII error". If MyGLS Professional had the billing option, like xConnector it would be a top application, even if you had paid some extra money. For a few orders sent to the locker, it is not worth moving to the higher plan at Shopify... P.S. Anyway, let me not forget, thousands of thanks to Akos for his patience and promptness in implementing MyGLS Professional on my website.All 5 stars are for him, otherwise the application would not deserve 5 stars as it was not completely for my wishes.

There are several ways to integrate your webshop with GLS, so it can be a little unclear at first which way is best for you, but luckily there is fantastic customer support and an excellent collaborator Ákos who will be happy to help you with everything, even on weekends. All in all, the application is good and solves the issue of GLS integration completely.
MyGLS professional is a very simple and easy application, fast connection and everything works perfectly, they made my job easier. All praise for the support, fast and they solve everything easily. Cheers

This app is a huge help for managing GLS shipping – it's easy to use, works reliably, and saves a lot of time. The customer support is lightning-fast and professional, we received quick answers to all of our questions. Highly recommended for any Shopify store that works with GLS!
We ditched xConnector the day we installed GLS Shipping & Tracking by MyGLS Professional—and haven’t looked back. Proactive partnership: Instead of the usual “we’ll add it to the roadmap” boilerplate, MyGLS actively looks for ways to improve our workflow. Their emails feel like conversations with an in-house dev team, not a distant vendor. Feature requests = same-day releases: I asked for automatic Out_for_delivery emails (which weren't supported); Ákos shipped the update at 2 a.m. and let me know before breakfast. Unheard-of responsiveness. Parcel-shop and parcel-locker pickup done right: GLS is steering merchants toward using parcel lockers with better rates. We’d wanted this for ages but didn’t have the bandwidth to build it. The app handled it perfectly out of the box—and when we spotted a geolocation glitch, Ákos patched it in two days. Time-saving premium extras: Uploading a simple CSV to mark COD orders as paid sounds small, but it eliminated a daily manual chore. All told, this app gave us seamless label printing, pinpoint parcel-shop selection, and support that feels genuinely invested in our success. Five stars, no hesitation.
It's been a long time since I've been this satisfied with a service like I am with MyGLS Professional. I installed it in the afternoon, and within just a few hours, the entire system was fully set up and ready to use in my webshop. Szerintem egy nagyon jó appról beszélünk, nagyon tetszik a kosár oldalon beépített integráció, ami könnyen kezelhető és a vásárlók is szeretik. Ákos nagyon szépen beépített mindent és bekonfigurálta a dolgokat, rendkívül segítőkész volt. A free, ingyenes csomagon voltam, aztán nemrég váltottam a premium csomagra, ugyanis az tartalmazza az MPL-t is. Nagyon meg vagyok elégedve. 5 csillag!
Update after 1 year of use: after the experiences of the first few weeks, if it is possible to rate the satisfaction level higher than 5 stars, we would! In addition, the app has developed a lot in the last 1 year, so we can now use it to set up the mandatory MPL packages - this in itself saves a lot of time, but the editability of GLS Hungarian and Romanian package points within the app is also a huge help. 100% recommended! :) Just added the app to our webshop but love it already! It will saves bunch of time and energy...and customer service is 10 out of 10!

I LOVE THIS APP!!!! Because we work with GLS, I downloaded this app and it is amazing. Everything works well and seamlessly. In just 2 clicks I can print all my orders. This saves me a lot of time! It works also in Croatia. Customer support is amazing as well. I contacted them for Parcel shop activation, and they did it in a few hours. When I tested it, it worked perfectly on mobile-phone and PC. I would recommend it to everybody!

Ákos is available for support from the early morning hours, till late at night. Goes out of his way to get the answer you need, contacting GLS departments around Europe. Detailed and extensive answers provided. Friendly, helpful and fast. If you work in Eastern Europe, with GLS, this app makes you money.
