We’ve had a really positive experience with Selleasy. There are lots of customisation options, and the team – Kriti, Jananee and Ranjika – have been super helpful and responsive. They even built a custom solution specifically for us, which was a huge plus. The app is genuinely helping us increase our AOV, so we’re really happy with it. Would definitely recommend!

The app is very nice to work with and highly customizable. The video player options in particular are excellent and give us a lot of flexibility in how we present content. One feature we're really loving is being able to see social interactions alongside the video. That's a real plus. The support and developer teams deserve a special mention. Gurkirat and Madhu have both been amazing and genuinely helpful every time we've reached out. Highly recommend it.

The widget looks great on the product page, the analytics are solid, and the email templates that come out of the box are fantastic, there's a good range to choose from without needing to build anything ourselves. We've had the pleasure of working with the app developers on a number of projects, and they've been excellent every time - quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

Once you get the hang of the logic, it becomes much easier and faster to build and refine quizzes than with other quiz apps I’ve tried. The support has been absolutely first-class. The AI Copilot is genuinely helpful, and Erik and Charles also personally jumped in to help me get everything working properly. We selected Omnibus Pricing because it includes Shopify discount codes as well. It was easy to upload, easy to use. You can easily translate the English default texts and design it to your store. The support is awesome: I had several questions to be able to understand everything correctly, to have a little more design to the buttonts, I got answer mostly within a day. We really like using this landing page builder. We tested other apps before but found EComposer the easiest to use, it offers great customisation features so the pages really feel like part of our webshop. The customer service team is simply great, they always reply very quickly via the online chat and most recently we really appreciated Susan's and Jade's support as they always send us very clear instructions and video recordings.

The app works well, previously we managed product badges manually and automating this process via the Sami app has been very helpful. I also really appreciated the customer service and developer team's help with our design requests. Big shout out to Haley, thank you for all your help!

We could customise Fera nicely to our theme, there is also an option to send review requests from the app. However, it doesn't give us a proper option to handle unfair or fraud reviews. If you would like to decline a review, their template is all in English and it's not possible to translate it. The customer service team at the start was very helpful, lately, it's been more and more difficult to get an answer from them.
