Very easy to use and setup. Works perfectly once you have the right data in the app. Support team respond straight away and fix any problems you may have. It's also free, so that's great!

This app is a most have to add to your Shopify web site to add on accurate locall delivery rates, My problem was we needed t charge fixed rates basd on distance feom our shop, 20 mins later after installing and I had it working, Our site look professional with this add on !!!! And support is great and follow up

I recently integrated the Octolize Distance Rates app on our store, countrygardens.co.uk to enable us to do local deliveries with set rules - 20 miles for £10 and 50 miles for £30. I found the app and rules easy to install and configure. I used Woo Distance Rate Shipping on our old platform and Octolize was more straight forward. Above this, immediately after downloading the app, I was invited to Zoom meeting with a member of their team, Tomak, for the next morning. He was fantastic and went through everything I had set up and made sure it was all working properly. I also had a follow up email from Tomak after a few days to see if it was running OK. I cannot fault the customer service. Thank you

You are not informed that you need to have a shopify plan above basic, until you download and open the app

Unfortunately, the Shopify App Store currently lacks a dedicated section to clearly communicate plan restrictions before installation. We appreciate your feedback and we’ve already added the information that Carrier Service API access is required for the app proper functioning.
