Great tool to use for onbuy and shopify integration,do a great job for uploading listing to onbuy store from shopify store and fetch orders from onbuy to shopify store to be processed ,Geetika Grover from cedcommerce is very helpful and help a lot to setup my account and helpful whenever i needed.highly recommended ..

We have installed CED Channels on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay and Onbuy and I must say they are all excellent. Always quick to reply and help, uploading products is straight forward once you know how to do it. The syncing of product pricing, orders and delivery tracking details works brilliantly and their support when ive had an issue is always very quick. We have a very large catalog which makes the app essential to our business.

The app works great, one of the better marketplace integrations I have used. I had some difficulty understanding how the spreadsheet upload worked but customer service were very helpful. They respond extremely quickly and took their time to fix the issues I was facing on my behalf, as well as talking me through the process and what they had done in a meeting.

Great app. Support was really good and helped me set up very quickly. only issue I faced is 10000 product limit. you need to pay more to increase the limit. But overall experience was so good.

onBuys servers, are running slow at the moment. They are addressing the problem. The App in running fine. It's a bit fiddly but once you get the hang of it it's ok. Support is very knowledgable and helpful.

Very happy so far. Have been dealing with Geetika from support and she has been excellent, answered all of my questions quickly and is very knowledgeable. We have only just started using the app but is working as promised so far.

It can be a little fiddly to set up but once you get the hang of it it's very easy and should look after itself after the initial templates are created. I had a few issues but the team were very helpful and very quick to sort everything out. Great service.

From asking 1 question on the live chat facility, a whatsapp group was created for me with round-the-clock assistance with any query I may have and their response time is pretty much immediate. I cannot thank the team enough for their help - seriously recommend this connector to avoid the hassle of creating product listings and tracking orders externally!

Have to use this as there's no easy alternative, support from the team has been very good. Very helpful and still working on the sync but hopefully will solve the solution of getting our items onto onbuy thanks

We have used the app to connect with Onbuy. The app has been ok, we had to overcome some issues where we didn't have EAN/Barcodes for some items, but Geetika was extremely helpful in getting things resolved. I must say that the customer service has been very good and responses to our questions have been quick - at any time of the day we get a response which is very encouraging. I think there are things within the app that we aren't using that we could benefit from, but so far no serious issues.

Such an easy integration and can't stress how helpful the support team are. It makes all the difference.

Great onboarding process with super helpful team to make sure my product feed is working correctly. The customer support advised me how to import my products correctly, there were a couple synchornisation issues to overcome and then my products were all imported to OnBuy after a couple of days. This has saved me hours of time importing each Sku on by one and would definitely recommend.

The tool is fantastic and has saved us a huge amount of time. The customer service is beyond amazing and I have had no issues ever since I started. It was easy to get started and the ongoing support is priceless. i use app to list my product to onbuy .honestly easy to list product, inventory syncing, Orders were automatically copied over to our Shopify store and completed there automatically. It's a fairly straight forward process but when i have needed help then It has been expertly given very quickly by Geetika. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and has even been helping me at 1am (her time) I have only just set up and still wait to see how the system works in the real world once sales start coming in and affecting inventory levels but so far I am impressed by the system and the very helpful support. This app is great, the team assisted me with all my questions. I know the app is new, so it was a little bit confusing for me in the beginning but with the help of a ced rep, all my questions and concerns were answered. My products were able to be listed within a few days of installation. The ced team helped me in creating the proper profiles and choosing the correct categories for my products. They would even skype and Whatsapp with me to provide better assistance. As with all my ced apps the ced team is always responsive and ready to help me.
