Amazing! made linking my shoplift products to my TikTok shop store so simple and easy
Awesome support team. They even customized as per requirements. This app is super cheap considering the benefits it provides. Default tiktok integration app is crap compared to this.

I have been looking everywhere for a seamless app to connect TikTok and Shopify. I went with other apps and they were extremely faulty and the customer service had me ready to rip my hair out. I wish I would have known about this app earlier. Highly recommend and will make letting other entrepreneurs know about this app. Also, they are extremely fast with response times and super helpful. limited functionality Would you mind sharing more details if there are certain functionalities that you would need? We have tried to reach out to you, but did not receive any response. If you reach out to our Support, we'll be more than happy to address your feedback and request. There are many requests and customizations that we have implemented for our users. So it would be great if you can respond and share with us more details on this.
Support from OwnBase has been oustanding. We have recently started work on our TikTok store and they have been amazingly quick to respond to our support queries. We have had a couple of feature requests to improve the visibility of orders in Shopify and they have been really receptive to implementing those. TikTok isnt easy but Ownbase makes it that much easier. Update - couple of months in and support continues to be really high level. Feature requests are being actioned and app is being improved at a decent cadence.
What makes this app great is not only its simplicity but the support you receive with it! A must use in my opinion.
I Would recommend ownbase because its very easy to use, products integrate smoothly with tiktok.

SOOO easy to use in comparison to other integration/syncing apps! I tried 2 other before this one and was always experiencing syncing issues. Ever since getting Ownbase I haven't had any more problems! Thank you!

Hello, you only installed our App only for 10 minutes, and did not perform any activity. You also never reach out to our Support. If you're indeed having any difficulty, would you please reach out to our Support? If not, we would greatly appreciate if if you can re-consider this App Review.
My customers orders were duplicated once by TikTok Shop and once by Ownbase. This charged the customer twice and we had to issue a refund.

Hello, we have to clarify that Ownbase only imports the order only once. Your other order is imported by TikTok Shopify App, causing the duplicated orders on Shopify. The correct setup is to have Ownbase as your only App to sync your TikTok Shop (and not install another sync App like TikTok Shopify App). Would appreciate if you can re-consider the App review again, as the issue is not caused by our App, but rather because your store has multiple sync Apps installed together.

A lot of my products are very well in stock, as soon as I upload them they are out of stock on Tiktok Shop?? Why is this happening...

Hello, the inventory for TikTok Shop is based on the selected Shopify location on your Ownbase Setting. We checked you have multiple Shopify locations, and some of your products do not stock the inventory at your selected location for Ownbase (but it might be stocked at other Shopify locations), therefore it's set as out of stock on TikTok Shop. We have sent email to you to share the details, but haven't heard back from you. Kindly check your email or reach out to us, so we can help guide you to set the right setup for your shop.
Due to own base not sending order fulfillment details back through to tiktokshop, the order was canceled two weeks after shipping the item and the customer was refunded. we are now out $60 plus the cost of shipping. TERRIBLE. would not recommend!

Hello, we take customer issues seriously, and always strive to provide excellent experience and service. The shipment tracking was not updated to TikTok Shop, because your order fulfillment on Shopify is using Sendle, and unfortunately Sendle is not a recognized shipping company by TikTok Shop. But regardless, we have fully compensated your monetary loss ($60 order value + $10.95 shipping fee) in a prompt manner. We would really appreciate your understanding and kindness if you can re-consider the App review. Please let us know as well if there is any further action that you need from us. On a side note, we have also made an improvement to notify users if the shipping company is not recognized by TikTok Shop when fulfilling the order on Shopify.
