It's a great app and very easy to use. I had some issues while setting up, and Deepu helped me with great zeal. Highly recommended.

Using Penguin COD for its partial prepaid COD feature - it seamlessly integrates with Shiprocket which is a game changer. Customer support is also great!

This app is exactly what I needed to cut down on COD issues. Customers now pay a small deposit upfront, so I don’t have to worry about cancellations or returns as much. It’s simple, effective, and worth every penny.
