I am so satisfied with the high tech implementations with the app, with understanding from Hemadri and the devlopment team behind, they have done a really good job. Combining the two apps Table Press Size cart with new ordering function in an advanced table set-up and the Wholesale B2B app with price depending on my setting to each specific customer down to variant level. For further development to reach my ideas and needs the team have already offered a two step specification and description of the new functions. I am looking forward to the future implementations with a well communicating Hemadri and team. Keep up the good work!

Great application!! Just what I needed to market effectively to both B2C and B2B customers. Can even set a few different offers to cater to family/friends, retailers, wholesalers, etc. Totally worth the pro fee as it reduces a lot of manual oversight. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to maximize their revenue with different branches of customers.

24/01/2024. This app has been a rollercoaster of ups and downs. When I first downloaded the app in Autumn 2023, it did not work for an extended period of time whilst I was paying for it. Customer service was initially poor until my complaint got through to Hemadri, who has been excellent throughout. Hemadri has been responsive, kind and quick to try and get the issues resolved. However, there are a lot of issues. I have lost count the number of times the app has not worked. I need custom pricing for each of my customers for the same product. This custom pricing often fails to apply once the customer gets through to checkout. I had an issue last week which was initially said to be working fine before it was resolved and then this week, I had the same checkout issues but on mobile IOS, which caused further issues. The app is unfortunately not reliable at this point of time and I would not rely on the product if you will be having large numbers of customer orders. Although, I do believe the app will eventually be reliable, they do attend to the issues and make an effort to resolve them, despite there being endless issues. For the time being, I will continue to use this app in hopes that it will function better as the customer service from Hemadri has been fantastic. When the app works it is a great addition to the website and really does help with businesses in the B2B market. 23/04/26 After using this app for over 2 years now, I can finally say this app is working completely as intended and has become a key function to the website. Well over £30k has been processed through this app and I have not experienced any major issues in a long time. I will continue to use this app for custom pricing and have no intention to look elsewhere!

Stay away from this app. It duplicated one of my discounts at checkout. We lost $2,000 from one sale. They can't even figure out what went wrong. The problem was there on their app, nothing to do with my site.

Brilliant app and the help is always there to help I wanted a app to give a specific price reduction and this one was the msot easy and simple to use and manage

The app has a good range of functions at a fair price/performance ratio. We sell cosmetic products to end consumers and offer B2B access for registered beauty salons, which can buy from us in the protected area. To be honest, I had already thought about removing the app because fonts were being loaded from Google and a CSS file was manipulating my design without me being able to influence it. Customer support put me off for a long time and didn't offer a solution. But why am I giving this a 5-star rating? A few days ago, I was contacted by support, I pointed out my dissatisfaction and the old case again and this time they took very good care of it and solved the problems for me as well as for all other customers. So in conclusion, my recommendation.

nice but the ad from some crypto stuff on the register page is a thing that i cant find nice. so i think a good b2b dealer is not work with this

We do not run or are tied up for showing any adds in our app nore on your website. So It can be some related to your browser stored cookies or are populated based on previous searches. I installed this app and my website lost the originals styles and functions, now we cannot add product to the cart, the product pages fail, to many things are not working! Please help!!

URGENT! NEVER download this app, it will mess up your whole store. And the support is not present in order to help out. Their number isn't even functional. I highly recommend never use this app! All the product photos of your store will disappear.

i love the functionality of this app. works best if your a whole sale customer. the improvements i would suggest is allowing tier prices to be updated using cvs file. overall love it and The concept is simple. Customer service was responsive and helpful.

Its still very early days for us with this app but so far so good. The team have been helpful in making amendments based on our requirements. The only downside so far is that I am unable to do a bulk upload of products, but all other features seem to be very good.
