Absolutely spot on support, i had to make some custom changes and they took care of it in no time, the app is awesome
App is clunky, formating text does not work even after trying their very basic native formating text editor not worth it at all.
YOUR APP JUST CRASHED OUR WHOLE WEBSITE HOURS BEFORE BLACK FRIDAY! And we can't even remove it!!! DO NOT SUGGEST!!!

We increased the servers to ensure they would run smoothly for Black Friday. This may have affected the app for about 30 mins.
Soo many bugs, it's been really troublesome to get shogun up and running. No chat support is available. If you use Shogun expect a lot of issues and errors to arise. From newsletters submission forms to theme errors, to page settings. I do not recommend it at all! Pagefly seems to be a way better option, as it has 24/hours support. I am quite disappointed as we have been users of shogun for the past 2-3 years.

URGENT! NEVER download this app, it will mess up your whole store. And the support is not present in order to help out. Their number isn't even functional. I highly recommend never use this app! All the product photos of your store will disappear.

Sorry to hear about that and I apologize for the inconvenience you had with the app. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 - There are the codes that need to be added in your theme to functioning this app correctly but if the codes are not inserted there is no effect the app will cause on the website. - If you are not much familiar with the coding, please let our support know about that and they will be available to help you immediately.
