Egyedülu észrevételem hogy nem tudok egyszeri több szállítási cimkét létrehozni mert eddig kijelöltem a rendeléseket és csak rányomtam, hogy szállítási címke létrehozása most ha jól látom csak egyessével lehet.

A tömeges címkenyomtatás továbbra is elérhető és működik a PickupBirdben, kollégánk pedig már fel is vette Veled a kapcsolatot a funkció használatával kapcsolatban. Végülis kiderült, hogy az elakadás a saját tanulási fázisunk össze-vissza névváltoztatásainak volt az eredménye. Az ügyfélszolgálat azonnal reagált és teljes magyarázatot kaptunk.

Segítőkész az ügyfélszolgálat, és jól működik az app, az MPL és a GLS csomagpontokat is jól kezeli. A kezdeti beállítás picit trükkös volt, de gyorsan segítettek.

GLS csomagpont integráció jól működik Shopify alatt, az ügyfélszolgálat pedig kiemelkedően segítőkész és gyors. Amikor egy egyedi kéréssel fordultam hozzájuk, szinte azonnal segítettek és meg is oldották a problémát. Ritka az ilyen gyors és korrekt support.

Most, hogy több sikeres rendelésen túl vagyok mindenféle hiba nélkül elmondhatom, hogy Shopifyra ez a legjobb szállítással/csomagautomatával kapcsolatos program. Gyors, megbízható, profi csapat áll mögötte akik nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek! Csak azért nem 10 csillag az értékelésem mert 5 a maximum amit lehet adni! Bártan ajánlom mindenkinek!

Great app that works reliably and integrates smoothly with our store. It made pickup point selection much easier for our customers. The support team is especially helpful and responsive whenever we have questions. Highly recommended!

The app needs some further development to be fully customizable, but it is already usable enough for most cases. Also the customer service is exceptional.

Highly recommend Digiloop! We had several conversation with Peter and Mate previously and they did all of the effort and work to help us! Best plugin in the hungarian market !

Felmerülő kérdés esetén kérlek fordulj hozzánk legközelebb is bizalommal!
Tökéletes APP, mindenkinek szívből ajánlom! Az év egyik legforgalmasabb időszakában, a Black Friday alatt sikerült tesztelnem (a Basic csomagot választottam), tökéletesen működik. A vásárlók dolgát is nagyon leegyszerűsíti - és a konverziót is növeli -, hogy a pénztár oldalon egyből ki tudják választani, hova kérik a csomagjukat. A vásárlók fele(!) választott házhoz szállítás helyett csomagpontot vagy automatát. Könnyen és gyorsan be tudtam állítani mindent a segítőkész supportnak köszönhetően, amiért külön köszönet. :)

We have just started using the app and we are very satisfied with it already. It will make shipping much easier and faster for us and our customers as well. The app also simplifies the checkout process by generating and printing shipping labels and notes for each order. Digiloop is known as a leading digital agency developing Shopify stores and their Delivery app ilives up to their reputation. Using this app gives us a peace mind, we use different delivery partners (some without native Shopify integration), now we can do everything under one roof. After setting up the app, it just works - all we need to do is press a button to print the shipping label, everything else is done flawlessly in the backgroud. It's user friendly and easy to follow. If you work with various shipping partners and want to avoid having headaches on a daily basis - just try this app. I need to add that I rarely have an experience with such a dedicated and fast responding customer service like I have with Digiloop. Any time I have an issue, a request, I get a prompt response and a fix in no time. They even modified my theme in order to be able to use the app without a problem. Five stars!

A gap-filling application with lots of useful functions! Essential for Central and Eastern European companies! The services of several shipping companies can be used at the same time, there is no need to use several applications, this application solves everything, including label printing and the selection of package points, the support is also great!
