It's a great little app, it does one thing for me (adding an extra fee for ice packs for products that need chilled transportation) - and it does it well! Support is super-responsive and very helpful.
I'm using the app to charge an extra packaging fee (for refrigerated products) and it does exactly what I expect it to do. When I got stuck, customer support replied to my email almost instantly and helped me finishing setting it up. Highly recommended!

Nagyon örülök, hogy rátaláltam a KosR appra, pontosan azt tudja, amit kell: egyszerűen, problémamentesen működik. A checkout szebb és érthetőbb lett, a címkenyomtatást már a rendelés oldalról meg tudom oldani, a számlázás integrációja tökéletesen működik. Az ügyfélszolgálat várakozáson felüli, minden kérdésre kb. azonnal választ kapok a fejlesztők meghallgatják (az app használatából született) javaslatokat. Nagyon ajánlott!

A simpe and easy to use app, installation was quick and the support was there whenever I needed them. Works like a charm!
A great app for extra charges (in my case extra fees for cooled shipping). If the settings are not clear after installation, the support team will help you out in no time. They are always there, listen to your specific needs, make changes in the app if necessary - all in all: a very efficient and very helpful support for a great app!
The app works really well, it's easy to configure but if you got stuck, just write to support - customer service is outstanding. Whenever I wrote to them, asked for help, I got immediate response, even on a weekend night.

Simprosys is a great app using Google Automated Discounts. Customer service is massively five stars! They always promptly reply my emails and help me out when needed.
A great loyalty app to give incentives to customers. Super easy to configure but the support is always there if you need help. Straightforward, easy to use, well implemented. Highly recommended.

Zoorix is the first bundle app that I find perfect for my little webshp. First of all its free plan helps a lot for a start up (no need to pay until you start selling) and secondly it's VERY easy to set up, very user friendly. They handle all the possible bundle options and the offers look really nice on the product pages. If you are still stuck somewhere, contact the outstanding support. I never got a prompt reply from any other app support but the Zoorix guys did it even at 11PM or 1AM on Saturday, I think they never sleep :D All in all: look no further! Zoorix is your ultimate bundle app!

Digiloop is known as a leading digital agency developing Shopify stores and their Delivery app ilives up to their reputation. Using this app gives us a peace mind, we use different delivery partners (some without native Shopify integration), now we can do everything under one roof. After setting up the app, it just works - all we need to do is press a button to print the shipping label, everything else is done flawlessly in the backgroud. It's user friendly and easy to follow. If you work with various shipping partners and want to avoid having headaches on a daily basis - just try this app. I need to add that I rarely have an experience with such a dedicated and fast responding customer service like I have with Digiloop. Any time I have an issue, a request, I get a prompt response and a fix in no time. They even modified my theme in order to be able to use the app without a problem. Five stars!

The app generally works fine and does the job, I only use it to manually translate English content to Hungarian. I had a huge problem recently by (probably) misunderstanding how to change language in Shopify backend and all my translations were gone. Shopify support couldn't do much about it (tried to deal with them for 4 days) but it all changed when the app developer contacted me and I need to admit he turned every stone to recover my lost translations (a huge amount of work!) which he did! He was always available, promt, and besides solving my issues, he gave me guidance how to deal with language related problems and other Shopify things. I'm greatful he saved me from doing my translations from scratch and I can only recommend you contacting Rich as he's your man when it comes to solving translations related questions!

Hi folks, very sorry to hear this. This is Shopify admin rather than the app (as this would happen with any compatible app) but it's the same team and we totally recognise the frustration and will do what we can to help. It should be possible to get an export of your deleted Hungarian which you can reupload; we'll get back to you. One thing to check on - it shouldn't be the case that there was a warning saying Translate & Adapt translations won't be lost. There is nothing unique about how the app translates. If you can find something like that please send to localization-product-team@shopify.com . Changing the default language changes the locale code associated with content entered into admin, rather than swapping all the content used in admin for the translations made. We'll work to make that more intuitive.
The app works perfectly, it does what it was designed for. The customer service is outstanding, reply is prompt practically 0-24. they managed to solve my not so urgent issues on a Saturday evening (!) while I was only expecting a reply on Monday. They help with every single small things (even if lightly connected to the app) right away. Absolutely deserves 5 stars!
