Over all it serves its purpose BUT I wish the edit options were more user friendly and there were more options.

Stopped sending me emails after a few days. Emails to customers have never worked. App would be ok but is relatively buggy. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. After investigating, we found that the email notifications weren't being sent because the "customer email notifications" setting wasn't enabled for your form. Our support team previously reached out to assist with this—could you confirm if the issue has been resolved?
