Pinch AI: Fraud & Return Abuse

One of the more helpful apps available on the Shopify App Store. This product allows us to ensure our brand engages and sells directly to real fans and avoids potential returns issues. The whole team is super great to work with as well!

Pinch has been an incredible tool in helping ensure our products are delivered to real fans!

Pinch’s data and analytics allow us to customize our returns flows in Loop, automate actions through Gorgias, and truly understand our customer segments. This enables us to tailor the experience for each customer—whether that means identifying fraud and bad actors or rewarding our VIPs—while seamlessly integrating into our broader tech stack. The team is awesome to work with, agile, quick and always pushing to be one step ahead of the rest! Could not recommend them more!
