They have a great app. Gives you many different options! If you need any help, customer service is very quick to respond and help you! I do recommend if you're looking for more of a flexible invoice app!

I discovered this app because I wanted to set up automatic printing for Shopify orders. The template functionality of Pixi isn’t very advanced, but they have an extremely dedicated customer and technical team. Even before I subscribed to the paid plan, they manually coded a custom order template specifically for me. Thanks to the Pixi team’s efforts, I was able to achieve automated printing.
Superb support! They helped us very quickly. Some metafields were not accessible through their Shopify app, so we asked them to make them available for our template. The issue was solved within 24 hours, and they even added the code to our template for us. Excellent service!
I am giving 5 stars for the entire experience. The Pixi team was extremely prompt, attentive, and efficient in resolving our situation. Sruthy was really helpful in helping me to troubleshoot and setting up the download invoice button in the customer account order page of my shopify website. I also really like this app as it makes it really convenient for me to issue the invoice from my shopify backend.

I like it that this is one of the few apps that work with shopify flow and they where very helpfull in customizing the design. This is really a big pro for us, that we could fully customize the layout and functions. We are now able to make decent invoices and credit invoices. Especially credit invoices are very difficult with standard apps.
Very good customer service. App was super easy to setup. Customer support was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with my request for a complex configuration regarding the ebay/Amazon orders imported into Shopify store, these imported orders don't have GST, therefore the app does not display them, within less than a day, the Dev team was able to configure the app to accommodate for the GST for external orders from Amazon and eBay. The team understood my request and executed the change flawlessly, I am very happy with the App and their customer service, strongly recommended this app if you need to do GST Tax invoice for Australia, especially the Amazon/Ebay orders.

We needed a simple app to create occasional customizable invoices and delivery notes for B2B clients, and after trying 3 or 4 I decided on Pixi. It's really well made, responsive, easy to use and the support team was quick and very helpful. They resolved a small issue we faced in no time! 10/10..keep it up!
We needed a simple app to let us print orders for our small business and this does it! We did need some customizations and Geon was incredibly helpful, making sure it was exactly as we needed it. He was very responsive and always checked in to make sure it was right. Highly recommend if you're looking for a simple, easy solution.
It's a great app to be sure, but what REALLY puts this over the top (more than 5 stars, honestly) is the customer support. They worked closely with me to make some modifications that i needed and really took time to make sure everything was working well and how i needed it to. The app itself allows me to not only have nice pdf prints of multiple forms for internal use and to include in shipments, it also allows me to include a pdf print option in the basic shopify emails and also to the customer accounts page. Really great
Excellent app for sending invoices to customers. Solid customer support- my issue was promptly resolved by the developer Aiswarya, who also helped me with a few custom development changes in the invoice. Sruthi was also very helpful in connecting me with the app developer. This app is highly recommended for custom invoice. I hope they come up with a feature to send customized order confirmation emails with various templates similar to the invoice.
The app is very good, which helps us save a lot of time in processing bills.

Amazing! The team really went the extra mile to help me create the perfect invoice and packing slip for my business. I ship mostly overseas and I always had to create my own invoices in ‘word’ - as Shopify’s template was insufficient. Using Pixi PDF is going to save me so much admin time! Thanks guys
This app allowed us to get an invoice that matched how our old system looked and functioned so our customers were not confused when we migrated to Shopify from our old system's invoices. The Pixi support team is fast to answer and was able to achieve all of our adjustment request. They were also quick at the adjustments. Thank you to Geon for the help!
