This app makes it really easy to CLEARLY identify to customers what products are pre-order items that are not in stock by CHANGING the buy button to read PREORDER. I know the app has other cool features as well. I honestly haven't explored them yet, but am excited to do so. Support is also great. I somehow messed something up and they responded quickly and got it fixed for me promptly!

Love how easy this app is to use. It has so many features and now i'm able to do all of the discounts i'd like from the same app! The team, specifically Geon George are so wonderful to work with, so happy to have this app :)

DO NOT INSTALL THIS TO TEST IT!!! you will be stuck with remnants of it for ever. Limited app, no support, just absolultely terrible. You can't edit anything, change anything or delete anything. So disappointing.

It's a great app to be sure, but what REALLY puts this over the top (more than 5 stars, honestly) is the customer support. They worked closely with me to make some modifications that i needed and really took time to make sure everything was working well and how i needed it to. The app itself allows me to not only have nice pdf prints of multiple forms for internal use and to include in shipments, it also allows me to include a pdf print option in the basic shopify emails and also to the customer accounts page. Really great

I seriously love this app. incredible granularity of what you discount, awesome ability to add tooltips to the website, easy to use, and most recently, i needed help and their support is fast and fantastic. I would give more stars if I could. Shipper HQ is both an incredibly powerful and flexible app for calculating shipping and delivery costs, their support is the absolute best I've seen. You can not go wrong with this product and the team that backs it up!!! To speak to the reviews that indicate a steep learning curve - first, I would say that it can appear intimidating, but if you take a breath and follow the steps in the help docs one by one, it's quite easy to set up. AND if you get stuck, that's when their service can really be helpful in figuring out what you missed (I speak from experience. Every problem I've had has been something I missed that was right there. They never make me feel badly about it, but just solve my problem) As to shopify and shipper HQ, I can speak to that too, because I used Shipper HQ on a different platform previously, and that platform would record any errors in going through shipping. Shopify doesn't do that, and I would put that on shopify not shipper HQ. Regardless of the lack of error codes from the website, Shipper HQ has helped me out of TWO jams that I got myself in, and in WAY under 24 hours too!! Don't listen to the negative reviews. They don't represent what this company stands for, (which should be obvious based on the responses from the App team.)

Very powerful app and easy to install, understand/learn and start using. Their support is also responsive, quick to solve the problem and HUMAN.
