I’ve been using Yodel for almost two years and it has consistently been an incredibly helpful tool for managing my large product catalog of over 5,000 items. Recently, I experienced a few unexpected issues after a major system update, which temporarily affected my product data and subscription. I reached out to support, and I want to highlight Yoav’s outstanding assistance. He responded quickly, thoroughly investigated the situation, and ensured everything was restored—my product information is accurate again, and my subscription is back on track. I’m genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism from the Yodel team. Challenges can happen with any platform, but how a company responds makes all the difference. Thanks to their swift and transparent support, I feel confident continuing to work with them and highly value the service they provide. Hi Michelle, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, I completely understand how frustrating that must’ve felt, especially after being with Yodel for so long. I’ve just sent you a detailed email so we can make this right. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Yoav.

I love that it has helped me write better product descriptions and facebook posts that are more friendly and inviting. This app is a lifesaver for an entrepreneur! We're thrilled to hear that Yodel has made a positive impact on your writing and your small business. It's great to know that it has helped you express your ideas more clearly, create better product descriptions, and friendly, inviting Facebook posts. Your kind words mean the world to us. Normally it would be a very useful app and time saver if it was not for the very slow support and the fact that it is a money eater. You get monthly tokens which you can use for every translation job. The problem is that the app deducts the tokens at the start of each job and if the job does not finish, for a number of reasons, the tokens are forever gone and you have to wait for next month to use the app again. The app itself gets stuck in the middle of a job and you have to reload and start from zero consuming more tokens, or the power may go down or the connection lost. In all these cases your tokens are gone. Finally the developer refunded the lost tokens and promised that the jamming due the the heavy load is now under control. In view of these the app gets its rightful 5 stars being one of the best in its field. Thank you so much for your detailed feedback and for giving us the opportunity to improve Yodel! We truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the issues you encountered. It's been such a pleasure learning from your feedback on how to make Yodel better. We're excited to share that we've introduced a new "Recent Usage" feature in the app, specifically designed to address the concerns you mentioned. We're really so grateful to have you on the app. - Yoav and the Yodel team

I found this today and was immediately blown away at what it can produce with just a click. Way better than I ever could have done. EXCELLENT app that will save you hundreds of hours. I so deeply appreciate the kind words! We're excited to be able to help you on this entrepreneurial journey. Always here to help when needed. - Yoav and the Yodel team

Takes some experimentation on how to write the prompts, what style and length. Once you have it as you want this is a great app, saves incredible time. The fact that you can do bulk edits by collection is wonderful. The support staff has also been very prompt and helpful, I highly recommend it. Thank you for your kind words. We're so glad you're enjoying the app and our customer service! Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything we can do to help. - Yoav and the Yodel team

Absolutely amazing experience with this app. I started with the free version, then went to the monthly unlimited, and within a couple weeks I upgraded that to the annual unlimited. This app is truly spectacular and it's a powerhouse!!! Yoav and all of the CS team are friendly, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. There's nothing not to love here.

this app is just amazing to generate descriptions. its working flawless and smooth. we can generate perfect descriptions according to our keywords

Great app - if anyone is looking for automated product descriptions this is the app to do it! Simple and powerfull, and with fairly priced plans (also a great free option to try it out) I recommend!

Absolutely amazing app. In my opinion, this is hands down the best app available in the Shopify app store. The descriptions that are generated are SO much better than I can write myself; much more engaging, clearer, and - most importantly - much better at selling the products. If there is critical information that needs to be included in a description (safety use warning, return policy) I simply put a few words into the description area before clicking the 'write' button and BOOM - that information will be included in the description. I am having SO MUCH fun using this app! And support is top notch, too!

Very supportive, Thank you so much. It just boosts my site. Very helpful for SEO purposes. Highly recommended.

I wanted to write a review after my first 30 seconds of using this app but I got too engrossed with its features. I was able to pimp out my store of almost 5000 products with 30 collections in less than 13 hours with product descriptions, SEO titles and descriptions and collection descriptions. Yodel was an absolute GAME CHANGER that I didn't even know I needed soooo badly! In one day it has boosted my conversion rate by almost 11% and I am ecstatic. I have tried 9 different apps this weekend that claimed to do the same thing but with far less superior results, weaker options and worst of all, hardly any of them did batch edits. The ones that did could not compare to Yodel's rate of 300 products in 30 seconds of PERFECT descriptions that do not have to be touched afterwards. This app is a godsend and well worth every dime. You will not need to even think about any of the lesser plans but want to go all the way PREMIUM after your first minute of using this without ever looking back!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!! UPDATE! After days of trying out the new moods and lengths I checked my Insights on Google and GTX and noticed my SEO rating went up from 36 to 92 using Yodel!!!! This is a must have app!!!!

I have never written a review of an app before, but I couldn't resist after being absolutely blown away by the capability of this app. I was left speechless after changing the descriptions of over 3000 products in less than 30 mins, with all different and catchy descriptions to help boost SEO and conversions. This is the best AI description wrtiter on the app store, and at a cost effective price. Thank you Yodel.

Perfect everyway. They took care of my problem perfectly. Very Highly recommended app. Support is AMAZING!!!

I am really happy to of found this app. Its easy to use, super cute and fun, and is going to help my business so much. I look forward to using all of the features and new ones to come Thank you so much

The descriptions generated are convincing. I tried another app too but this app was better than the others.

"Yodel ‑ AI Product Description" is a very effective app for generating product descriptions. It will increase our productivity and reduce our waste of time. I highly recommend this app.

Super impressive. This app is a game-changer. You just choose a product with a block of text and get a perfect version of it. Highly recommended.

The app is very easy to use and a great time saver. It provides a great basis for Facebook Ads. We edited the text a bit, but we could have used the AI text in its original form as well.
