Felicie fue una persona muy atenta antes mis consultas y ayudarme a solucionar mis solicitudes.
Thanks to the CS team especially Jane for trying to understand my issue rather than simply suggesting an upgrade to my billing plan.
I had quite a few issues setting up the badges, they wouldn't show, then I spoke to someone called Felicie who was the only team member who seemed to understand the problem and fixed it as soon as they knew what I needed. But unnecessary teething problems I think. I've just set it up so can't say if it's made a difference, but they team are very responsive.
La app nos ha ayudado mucho a automatizar politicas de descuento y etiquetas a ciertos productos y brindan una atención a clientes inmediata. El punto a mejorar sería integrar los costos con y sin descuento como los nativos de Shopify (price y compare-at-price) para estar vinculados con nuestras app de membresía y de newsletter/flujos de correos.

Buena App, tiene todas las opciones de edición para las insignias de avisos o descuentos en la página de colecciones y productos. Ellos mismos me escribieron para consultar si necesitaba ayuda, tenía unos inconvenientes y lo solucionaron. Recién la empiezo a usar, pero me va gustanto, la recomiendo.
support is good however i dont get why cant you put the badge on top of the products in the corner - takes visibility ...
Sometimes that labels disappears from the product but the team is quick to help get it back, especially Hana.
It's a great app! And it's free. I faced some initial problem; customer support promptly solved it.

Great App, quick service and they respond quickly

I was having some momentary problems with the labels being displayed correctly but after contacting the support, I got in contact with Tina that helped me out in a couple of minutes. She contacted the tech-team, and instructed me to optimize the labels. Fast and easy! Great app, especially the support!

Just getting started and ran into some compatibility issues with my team. Wendy (support) and Duke (dev) helped me out in minutes! Would have given 5 stars if it would work out of the box.

Prompt, helpful support, but I've had to ask they to help push through our tags every time we add a new tag.

It is a very easy-to-use interface, and the support team is always available to assist. For instance, we had issues with the layout of our labels on the web design, and the support team instantly resolved it. Bravo, keep it up!

A slight delay in working on our initial request, but once we started communicating, Louis was responsive and very helpful in fixing our issues. Everything seems to be working fine now.
