Honestly blown away by this extension. I loved how you could add it on to your website and play around before paying for it to get a feel. I then added on the custom template as I did find it a bit tricky to do myself, and WOW Karen turned around the perfect spec sheet in 12 hours (and we are on different time zones). The spec sheet is honestly perfect and has blown my expectations and made our website so much higher quality. Couldn't recommend more.

Great Response time while removing the watermark after making my options

Very disappointing experience. Initial support from Nilou was great, and we were given confidence that our store could access new features, including Build Your Box. Based on that, we built a large part of our subscription setup and site launch around Subi. Then, months later, our account was suddenly suspended with no proper warning because we sell wine. This should have been picked up before granting access — not after we had already built around the app. It has caused a major disruption to our launch and left us scrambling to find another solution, we are unsure if they will revoke this urgent matter as they seem to be very brutal with how they operate. If Subi does not support certain industries, that needs to be made extremely clear before onboarding merchants or giving them early access. REALLY FRUSTATING, poorly handled, and a massive waste of time for our team and investment in them.

Does what I needed, keeps an eye on stock levels and flags when something’s running low. Nothing flashy, just works. Good option if you’re tired of managing this stuff manually.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ms. Dorina was a lifesaver for the refund. Unfortunately, I spent many days and hours requesting to close the account and refund and irrelevant responses from AI BOTS. Again, thankful to Dorina for listening and closing the account within a day. The software is so complex to access, understand, and cancel. Maybe it needs a better dashboard and a human quality check and process.

I can’t believe how simple this was. I delayed switching over my Squarespace website to shopify for so long - if only I knew how easy it could be! I was chatting to Shams who was efficient and talked me through any specific questions I had with my product migration. Overall I can’t fault this service. It was fast and had incredible real time customer service. All of my products and variations went across smoothly which saved me countless hours of doing it manually. Very happy!
