He was patient, helpful, and guided me through the setup clearly, making the whole process much easier than I expected. I really appreciate his prompt assistance and willingness to help. Fantastic app with tons of flexibility! Recently reached out to support regarding an issue and they helped out very quickly. Shopify's default variant system is very limited, so if you're needing more customization (Such as color pickers, and other things that should be a base feature in Shopify...) definitely grab this app.

Rubbish apps and company! Totally ridiculous to secretly switching our free plan to the paid plan without our permission, and charging us the money for several months! This is totally ridiculous!
Greatly appreciated Vinz and his patience!! He guided me step by step and made it a breeze. EasyFlow is a great app. I only wish that y’all had a cropping tool and maybe filters for photos.

This is the third variant app I have used, and it is far above the others! I worked with customer service on a call with some tech issues, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and kind.
I had a few issues with Easyflow at first — my variant prices were showing incorrectly and the images were tiny, and I couldn’t get my options set up the way I wanted. I reached out for help and was assisted right away. The support team fixed everything quickly, and now the app works perfectly for my needs. Great customer service.

This app makes setting up products with multiple variants easy! The customization for the many display styles are great. The whole app is extremely user-friendly. Customers will find our product pages with multiple variants and variant selection options a breeze to navigate. When I couldn't fully customize the checkbox option the way I wanted, Maria from the app support took care of it for me! Five stars!
The flows are created very easily and the support is great. Definitely one of the better apps.
I usually don't adjust anything on this app so when I do, I forgot how to do it. Customer Service comes through every time.
Spent a fair amount of time testing several option apps and settled on this one, because it meets our needs, was relatively easy to use and they actually support it fairly quickly. We are a small company but have a few needs that goes beyond Shopify. So, recommended.

I tried a 3 or 4 other similar apps before this, and I found this one worked out of the box and looked best on mobile and desktop. Very helpful for my variants and addons.

This app is a bit tedious to set up, but that makes sense given the scope. You have a lot of flexibility about how to handle the options. The most important thing is that support is actually helpful. The fairly quickly answered questions during setup. Then when we found an issue in the check out, they worked with me to confirm the issue and resolve it the same day. Most apps and platforms will either pass something like this along and take a long time to fix, or deny it is even an issue.
Very Bad experience, late response. And after wasting time what we got is lame excuse.

Great app that's helped incredibly to customize product offerings on my store site. When I need help they are always there with fast and reliable support. The app is really easy to use and provides some nice options to offer customizations and add-ons for my customers with product image swatches, multi-line selections, text, etc. I highly recommend this app, especially if you need support!

Jen was fantastic and was able to help me get my products set up exactly how I wanted even with my custom website design. So nice to have the option to use options instead of variants where needed for my products and they have an actual "free" plan that meets my needs and not a sneaky "free" plan that isn't actually free in the long run. This is fantastic, the customer service i received from Nicole was second to none. I really appreciate the prompt and reliable service i received after my inquiry. As for the app it works great i run a 3d printing business and so we have lots of addons and extras to offer and this app makes our site look and operate really professionally.

I had so many questions when onboarding this app - there are so many possibilities and calibrations and I wanted to do it right. Nicole was with me every step of the way and walked me through each step with incredible detail and patience. She walked me through each step with a video tutorial and took a hands on approach to making sure my storefront was ready for success - even finding ways to optimize that I hadn't yet seen or tackled. A 10/10 experience with Easy Flow thus far.
