Very helpful customer service. Very Fast response. Answer promptly and satisfied the request. I would recommend 1000%
I don't ever leave reviews, but this is a great app with even better support. They respond ASAP and go in and fix the problem immediately. (even with my 10000 emails of questions! they are polite and speedy.) def recommend!
Great app. Really good support team who resolved my problem immediately. I should add I'm on the free version so I'm super impressed by their app and support!
Update: 8/7/23 I've been using this app for a while and I recently upgraded to a paid plan. I found it difficult to ask for a review from my customers but the paid plan will do it for me automatically. It's very affordable for my small business I am very happy with it. Original Review: 2020 I've struggled with review apps for more than a year now. I tried all kinds and was eventually told that what I wanted in a review app was not available. All my products are handmade and one of a kind so I needed a review app that just let people leave reviews for my store not certain products and this did it. I am thinking about upgrading since I like those features too just need to have a few more sales first. Overall very happy and excited with this app it just what I needed.
Great app! Support team is very fast and professional. I recommend everyone to install this application
Highly responsive, great app and works as intended. Lots of options for the review settings and if there's an issue, they'll solve it fast - for us it was within 1 hour!
They are very responsive and solved our problem within a half hour! If you are looking for a reviews app and don't want to be ghosted when you have a problem, try this one
The app and their customer service are both super amazing. They give me all I need for my business grow. The app is user friendly too. Don't search more. Highly recommended VJ is awesome person, he answered all my questions. Thank you
This is such a great app, works very well and looks fantastic. Got everything I need and is highly customizible. And the support is overwhelming, had an issue with my dawn 3.0.0 theme. Wrote an email and they fixed all my problems within 2 hours. We even wrote 10 mails back and forth in this time and they got everything working. 10/10 would recommend!
This application is highly responsive and customizable. The application is truly malleable and highly intuitive. Customers will find it so very easy to read, maneuver around and participate in your success. This application will definitely make it very easy for you to stand out and allow your customers to display multiple photos or just say great things about your products or service. Yet, most importantly, and hands down the customer service and technical skill set level from these guys is absolutely refreshing... Thanks!
We like the app. Customer support was very helpful in building a review page and adding it to our Shopify store. Super helpful and quick responses from customer service via email.
Very nice and cheap app to get simple and well designed product review opportunities. The support team helped me very fast and easy to install the app into my theme code. Might be the best review app in terms of costs and functionality!
Supper Love love love this review app, I think this review app is very good for me. very recommended.
Its been a pleasure to get my reviews all up and running with this app. We transfered them from a xls file and it was done without any issues. The integration with images is flawless and being able to fully control what is reviewed before it going live is a life saver.
I am totally impressed with this app! no only that their application has all the best features and very modern interface but their customer support went an extra mile while helping me to adjust the app specifically for my store. Amazing!
Amazing team and app! I used to use Loox.. but quite annoyed with their huge prices and ugly interface. Versus this app allowed me to have review app in my store like in 10minutes, everything looks awesome and they even suggested to add some COOL features in the future!
Highly recommended! Awesome customer service and great designed app. Well done!! Tried some others but this one is definitely the best :)
Great app! Let's our website build confidence from shoppers! Answers email in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
Amazing app, amazing service. What else can you ask for?! As a small business we need more of this kind of apps and services.
Installation is a little tricky, but once I got it all figured out, It is awesome! The trouble I had was that I added the app and then didn't use it for a few months. In that time I changed themes and the code was not in the new theme. Once I installed on the changed theme, it all worked great. Super customizable which is most important to me with most apps! I also got some help from customer support and it was incredibly fast and helpful.
Awesome, without second thought install this app. I have tried 3-4 apps but this one is final destination. Very fast support, easy reviews posting process for customers, email followups. etc. Very economical.
Very helpful! Had questions which were answered right away and we are well taken care of as customers.
I've been looking for a review app for awhile, and this is by far the best one, especially considering the price point. The app was easy to set up and customer service was super fast and helpful. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for an easy to use review app with automated emails and customizability!
fast and friendly support. lots of customization available even on the free plan. Paid plan is much cheaper than the alternatives
Amazing Customer Service! Thank you so much! Switching to the new version was very easy with your help!
Really impressed : just installed it a few minutes ago, and it's already up and running (although I have very limited webdesign knowledge). I tried the chat (to ask if a french locale was available), and someone did reply immediately... in french. (The only sad news is that there is such thing as a built-in french locale, but I can override each text string manually ... which I don't consider a problem for the free version!) I'll consider switching to the pay version if my website grows a little bit.
This app is amazing and does exactly what I need and is definitely a 5star app. The support is superb and I would give that 10stars if possible, I have had a few questions and the response time is amazing.....I am super impressed.
Amazing support and concern for their customers. They are working on making app even better. There are lots of ways to customize and layout of the reviews on a site. Happy with this choice. Pricing is very good.
Enorm apps has always been very helpful and responsive. I have used this app for a few years. When I need help they are quick to respond and very quick to fix the problem or let me know how to fix it.
The product review app from Enorm is exactly as advertised and works great. When I had several questions and needed help importing our reviews, support was very helpful and replied very quickly. I would highly recommend this app for your product and site reviews. Lorenzo NewToMe Decor
This is great app with world class support. I was able to change to Product Reviews & photos without problem. VJ is the man!
This is a great app. It is just what I was looking for, and at a great price point. Very user-friendly, and the customer service is great.
App works great and comes at a great price! Customer support immediately helped me install and I loved that I could import my previous reviews from the Shopify app super easily. I really needed a review system that could upload photos. Thanks again!
VJ responded quickly and was able to help me import my previous reviews acquired through a different provider. Excellent customer service. Thank you again.
Customer service is 10/10, super helpful at setting everything up and very fast to respond! Would certainly recommend :D
I reached out (at almost 11pm) for assistance on setting up the app for my store and within 15 minutes, from the time I sent the email, Enorm had everything up and running! I am very pleased with their customer service. I look forward to upgrading with them as my business grows. Thank you!
Enorm, great company and very helpful. I am a newer store and just getting adjusted to this platform. And whenever I am using this app, the customer service is on point. Quick response and eager to help when needed. And easy for my clients to leave reviews. User friendly app. But if you still need assistance. They will help quickly!
VJ was an enormous help and installed for us almost immediately. We have only started to use the app but looks great on our site
After speaking with VJ, it was very easy to get this app up and running. Even importing from Judge.Me. They did it all for me after I granted them access to my site and it looks great. I am very satisfied so far and excited to be able to include photo reviews in my store!
Great app and customer service is extremely helpful! Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a classic review app.
The team is great and the app has improved as well. So far so good. I like that pictures can be added.
Downloading this app 100% made my night. I was hunting for an app that allowed customers to upload pictures. I wanted something simple that wasn't crazy expensive. Enorm does the job perfectly. I at first did not choose this app, I chose a more popular app with more reviews. That first app I chose had the worst customer service ever and I was so frustrated that I deleted it and went to Enorm. I am SO happy I did because the support on this app is FANTASTIC. As soon as I downloaded the app, there is an option to get support setup. VJ chatted with me over the computer and even called me over the phone to help setup my review system and explain the app. After helping me setup, which was seamless, he walked me through all the features the app currently has and also told me updates that are coming along the way. VJ is so nice, helpful, and responsive. I can tell he is very hardworking. I cannot tell you how relieved I am that I found a good photo review app. I absolutely would recommend.
This app is exactly what I am looking for and half the price of others. The customer service is very helpful and quick too! Highly recommend.
Reviews are so important today and this app offers great UX for both the customer and the website owner.
Great app and complete, Amazing and Fantastic support. Thank you, guys:) I recommend this app to anyone!
The 5 stars are for outstanding service as I just installed the app. I haven't used it too much, yet, but I needed help installing it and was contacted within minutes of my inquiry. They got it up and running immediately. I am confident that the app will do what I need it do.
Incredible customer service. I needed help with pasting the code and they had it up and running within an hour of my request! These guys are the greatest, only wish some of the other companies I use were half as good as Enorm.

it is very good APP, very easy to use, perfect solution to our problem. The customer service is very good, everything is fine, and very patient. I highly recommend changing the review app.
Fantastic support - I couldn't find where to paste in the code so I emailed them and within 24 hours their team fixed my problem. The review interface blends in with my template well and is easy to use, and the backend allows me to verify the reviews before publishing. I wanted an app that allowed customers to upload photos and this provides that feature. Thanks!
I tested a lot of review apps and this is the best I found. It has a lot of features and the support is great. Recommend.
The app is great. Reviews are very important and this app lets you display them for FREE- Awesome. Better than other apps that we've used. Additionally, when I needed help the support team was right there.
Might be the only free app that includes photo reviews. The support is also great as they managed to solve my issue very fast. I recommend this app, also the installation and customization is very easy.
Fantastic! Works great for reviews on my blog posts too! It was easy to add using a little code snippet and worked right away without modification. Pro tip: if you want to use this for reviews on blogs posts instead of products, you can set each blog page to be a separate "product" and use the unique "product number" on each blog so different reviews show up for each blog post.
This app is a great addition to my website, allowing customers to leave reviews on specific items or on the testimonial page. The support during setup was so amazing and quick to get back to me.
I am using the app on two different stores and I am really pleased with their customer service. I was having trouble uploading my review and they helped me with that as well.
I found some bug, with the non-english sender's names and the support team fixed it very fast! Impressive! Thank You very much!
I love this app!...They were so helpful in helping me install it to my store homepage. You are missing out if you are not using this app for your store. The best so far!

I really like the app. I had trouble with the code and received help from customer service. It's working well.
This app is great and really helpful, they have excellent customer service, also the option to add up to 4 photos is really nice!!!
I was confused on how to install the codes. I reached out for support and they were super quick with the solution for me. Extremely helpful! I highly recommend this app !
The app worked as expected from the description and existing reviews. Very good, thorough instructions for installation. Still working my way through the fine details, but the initial impression – having looked through all of the available options and transferred some reviews from an earlier site – is very good. Well done, and thank you for making it free.
I wasn’t able to install the app successfully on my own. So I contacted the company to help install the app and was helped within minutes. Very impressed!
Excellent, does everything the premium review apps does - for free. Awesome support as well.
This is the best plugin and the best support among all my plugins, even more than paid plugins, I have any questions for help, support is very helpful to solve the problem in time, I am very satisfied, I can’t wait to recommend it, thank you very much support .
Best product review app. I tried a couple of other review apps, this is by far the only one that does the job. I love it! Great customer service, reply promptly.

Works great, but getting a little bit slower lately loading on my website, even though the pictures are not that big. But all in all, great looking and functioning app
