Does not accurately attribute sales. VASTLY inflates the sales in claims. For example I have an offer if you buy 3X of a specific product (not a mix and match) and if someone buys 1 of that product and 2 other things, not qualifying for the discount, not getting the discount, Koala count it as a sale for them.

Not responsive. Hard to reach out. We tried to use their app thinking their app is better than others and even subsribed to them, at first, i saw a drop in our conversion. And I was wondering what is the problem. After few weeks, I received a feedback that why is our product is tagged as SOLD OUT even though I checked, we have that inventory. And we tried to click the continuous selling but still not working. I do not recommend this, we;ve wasted a lot of money!

absolute dog, doesnt even properly load when loading site

Spent over 30 minutes building a bundle with different products, thinking I could connect each variant to its specific SKU so my supplier would know exactly what to ship. Turns out Koala doesn’t support that. It just applies a discount with no real SKU tracking. Total waste of time
