Great app and meets all of our needs for a fair price. Support was great and their team was super helpful the whole time we worked to get this set up.
Very reasonably priced for a small business. I cannot have a large overheads being a very small indie business. This app gives a lot of bang for ones buck. Good features. Support team are helpful and responsive. I only wish one could format the results page better? Maybe I just have figured out how to do it. Definitely an app worth using for your shop.
Really enjoy using recomma. The product is super easy to build and the support service was quick, communicative and very helpful. Have loved partnering with their team and this service so far!
A real shame, the app itself is really well designed and how I wanted to create quizzes was precisely how I'd have done it if I'd built it myself. Sadly however, I have large collections containing nearly 1000 items (hence the need for a product quiz app to help people narrow down their choices quickly!) but it seems that this app simply can't handle large collections - when setting up a simple 4 question quiz it kept taking 90 seconds to try and save and then crashes so I can't make changes or build a quiz from my large collections. I'm genuinely sad, if the app worked on large collections and moderate tag use then I'd absolutely give it 5 stars and for anyone who has smaller collections, I'd happily recommend it but as it ultimately doesn't work and won't save my quiz I can't give it a good rating in my situation unfortunately.
I was actually about to uninstall it, but then the support team said they can customize it based on our needs and add custom JS code support within two days. If that’s the case, overall, the app is quite competitive in the market in terms of both pricing and features.

Sorry for the frustration, but this looks like a quiz setup issue — not a bug. We’re very responsive — you could have just reached out, and we would’ve helped you fix it instead of spending hours on it. We even offer video call support, and thousands of our clients simply message us or jump on a quick call to solve things fast. Quick note on how it works: Each linked product gets +1 point when selected, and -1 if excluded. If you want to fully remove a product, make sure to tick Exclude completely, and that's all. Feel free to contact us — we’ll sort it out quickly.

I did my first quiz and ran into a lot of problems. I asked my questions at chat and Eva was there answering really quick and professionally. I got a lot of help with the details and advice on how to make my quiz better. I definitely recommend this app!

My experience with the Recomma has been exceptional. The app works flawlessly and does exactly what it promises. It's user-experience is straight-forward. The app is almost completely customizable and if you need customization, they will provide it. Eva from customer support is absolutely outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping things work perfectly. The dev team goes above and beyond, creating custom code on demand to improve my pages and tailor everything to my needs. Their Klaviyo integration is seamless, and they even enabled me to display recommended products *with pricing and descriptions* directly inside my Klaviyo email template sent which quiz respondents receive. Prior to Recomma, I used RevenueHunt app which became a bit of a nightmare. They custom-coded my app and I'm not certain if it was because of that or not... but it didn't integrate with Klaviyo. I had to hire 2 separate developers to get this to work and no one could do it! $140 dollars later!! The RevenueHunt support person insisted it was the dev's problem and not their's. That was 2 wasted weeks! I highly recommend Recomma! 5 stars!

So quick to help with support chat! They took care of a problem and shared screenshots on how to fix my problem quickly. Friendly AND effective.
app works perfectly as expected. i had some more complex logic for product recommendations, and Eva helped me through the entire process over chat, she was prompt and provided all the help i needed. i made some suggestions for dev team and she was receptive in logging those for future improvements. all of this while i was still on trial, so they have not collected a dime from me, but i will be sure to subscribe now once the trial is over.
This app is easy to use and the support are really helpful. This was my first time building a quiz but it didn't give me a hard time they have tutorials, articles and support that will help you along the way. Good app for beginners like me!

I emailed support about a broken link, and they responded immediately, helping me resolve the problem quickly. I am just getting started with the Growth plan of this app. Eva helped me with some of the initial set ups. I haven't had the chance to test this app thoroughly. But, from the first glance of it, the app covers pretty much all the features one needs to add to the quiz. The support team is already quite reactive. That's good. The pricing is competitive, which is another plus point. I'd like to come back in a month's time to leave another review once I have tested the app. Will also see if the app causes any errors or bugs on Shopify. Thanks Eva for your time today.

The Quiz builder is easy to set up and if you have any questions the customer service is quick to help. They have really great videos on how to set it up, so it was really easy to get started. I am still learning a few things, but overall, I think it works really great!
