Recurly acquired Prive and completely ruined it. I don't understand the purpose of the acquisition if they just completely ignore Prive customers until they leave. Truly a terrible experience after the acquisition. Nobody at Recurly wanted to help or had any idea what was going on. Stay away! We’re sorry to hear about your experience following the Prive acquisition.
