Great value for the money, support is fantastic. Sinchain helped me find an issue with my Build A Box feature that I didn't realize was there. I was skeptical of subscriptions, but they really do work.
I have a small business which offers an illustrated letter subscription. Finding a way to manage quarterly subscriptions and round up late-comers with set anchor dates has been surprisingly difficult, and I felt like I was coming up against a brick wall every time I tried to look into it. Eventually I came across Recurpay, one of the options Shopify suggested when their platform couldn't do what I needed it to. The live chat option on Recurpay is quick and easy to use, and I got the clarification and help that I needed. The team member I spoke to went above and beyond (thank you Sinchain!) and went through different options with me. I wasn't expecting to be able to dive so deep into the specific requirements of my subscription, but to be able to talk it through, listen to their ideas, and chat backwards and forwards was both really helpful and reassuring. I'm so thrilled that I found Recurpay. I love the amazing customer support, and I'm actually excited to use this tool alongside my Shopify subscriptions. I think they might finally be the answer to my headaches ! Thank you SO much, Recurpay.

I reached out via the chat while setting up and the service was OUTSTANDING! Sinchan understood exactly what I was trying to do and got it all set up for me, even helping with customisation. Nothing was to much trouble. I've had terrible experiences with other apps but this one has been so easy. Highly recommend!

Recurpay has been an incredible useful tool for our e-commerce business. The online chat feature was very helpful in sorting out a minor problem we had with bundle subscriptions. Sinchain was quick to communicate and sort the issue.

Such a good app, very versatile and fits all our needs. Support is so good and useful and funny and they help you set everyhting up, Especially sinchain shes so funny. Definitely recommend as the best for me, ive tried out 6 different apps and this was by far the best.

Used the app right from the start, was relatively easy to setup and get going. Had some issues with certain discounts kicking in but Support came promptly approach to find the issue was conducted logically and efficiently, problem solved very quickly. Thanks to Sinchain!

I had to get few settings and custom adjustments to be done on the app on my website. Support team is super helpful and almost available 24X7 for me. I love the features and app.

These app isn't only easy to use but when you get stuck Sinchain is on the chat box and ready to help. I'm not very technically minded so having someone who supports even silly questions is amazing. Can't recommend enough! 6 stars!
I’ve been using Recurpay for over a year a now. It’s a brilliant subscription app. I rarely have any issues with it, and the times I have (it’s more a question and user error on my behalf) they are super quick to respond in chat and help. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would. If you are thinking about integrating subscriptions into your platform, then this is the one you need.
Writing a review after a successful launch with Recurpay. We came from a software that costs $600 per month, and my first impression with Recurpay was that they are so much faster than the expensive software!! Customer service is top notch here and reponds in less than 24 hours (thanks Ajsar!). Experience with the app has been great so far. Was a little worried that features might be lacking coming from a more expensive software but its got everything top subscription software companies have. 5/5 stars. Thank you! Excited to keep growing our subscription offering with RecurPay.
