Great App & Excellent Support We’ve had a really good experience with Return Prime at Bene Kleed. The app is simple to use, reliable, and has made managing our returns and exchanges much easier. A special thanks to Mr. Dileep G C for all his support. From the initial onboarding and setup to helping us with our day-to-day queries, he has always been quick to respond and very helpful. He understands our requirements well and always tries to find the right solution whenever we face an issue. Overall, we’re very happy with Return Prime and the support we’ve received. It has been a great addition to our operations, and we would definitely recommend it to other e-commerce brands.

I am currently still in the process of setting up and testing Return Prime, so I think it is a little too early for me to give a final verdict on how the app performs in daily use. However, my experience so far has been extremely positive and the app looks very promising. What has impressed me most is the flexibility of the app and, especially, the level of support. I had a specific requirement for exchanges: I wanted my customers to be able to choose from my entire product collection instead of being limited to the standard exchange options. This wasn’t available in my setup initially, but after contacting support it was enabled for me very quickly. More recently, Rohit has been extremely helpful in working through my specific requirements regarding return labels, Sendcloud and insurance for higher-value shipments. He took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, involved the technical and product teams where necessary, and even submitted my preferred workflow as a feature request. I really appreciate this kind of support. Rather than simply being told that something isn’t possible, they genuinely try to understand the use case and look for a solution. I still need to complete my setup and start using Return Prime in daily operation before I can judge every aspect of the app, but based on my experience so far, both the app and especially the support team have made an excellent impression.

Just downloaded to our shop pre-launch. Customer service is phenominal as we are setting up and learning- quick, efficient, available at any time, and real service from real support agents that know the application. Free starter plan allows us to launch and gives us time to analyze customer return behavior and volume before upgrading to the plan that will work best for us post-launch. Not many applications offer this, so I am extremely pleased. Seems to be set up to seamlessly support shops from launch to growth and scaling stages with reasonable subscription pricing beyond the free starter plan.

Shubham is amazing! He totally setup my Returnprime on my site without an issue. It took 20 minutes. The support at Returnprime is excellent. This service is worth every penny. I have tried other return services and they cost more and the service is worse. Not with Shubham at Returnprime. They are excellent. I highly recommend.
