Used this app for months without issue. Worked fine, then like many other devs out there they locked certain things behind a paywall out of nowhere without notice or advising us. The app stopped working, stopped collecting reviews and when i approached support their answer was to remove the app and reinstall. Doing this then lost me access to the badge in bottom left hand corner, this was locked behind a paywall which previously was not for me as i joined them early on nor did they tell me this would happen. All in all just another horrific experience with developers that want you when they have no reviews but as soon as they can change to paid systems they do so without notice. Also for some reason they have access to my google listings through their app and can control my google shopping prices listing etc. which we do not want. Something i was not aware of and google warn you before installing this app due to this. This was not the case when i first installed this. Shopify should protect against devs like this. I hate how many of them act in total bad faith To give you free access, I need the app to be installed, but you uninstalled it, so I couldn't change it to be free. I know this isn’t the norm in Shopify reviews, where developers are expected to always pretend that no matter what, we are wrong, and you are right, but I have to say: You had the app for more than a year for free. It sent almost 900 emails for your business, probably helping you gain some good reviews during that year, yet you never considered giving us a positive review. But as soon as something didn’t go your way, you gave us a one-star review without hesitation, fully aware of the damage it can cause. It’s as if our app harmed you in some way when, in reality, all it did was help elevate your business. I asked you to reinstall because it looked like Shopify stopped sending webhooks for your store, and I thought reinstalling might help. In any case, anyone who installs the app while it’s free will continue to have free access. If you reinstall it, send me an email, and I’ll set it to free for you. P.S. The app has access to Google Business but not to pricing. That’s a completely different API, so I suggest you check that.

This app its perfect for me, i spent time on other apps that charge me per views on this there is no limit just a fair monthly fee that can update any new feedback and also request by email new feedbacks from clients if you want .I had a small problem find out a setting and support fast respond on my emails and help me . I recement it :)
Very Easy to use. Not like others too complicated to install and so many settings you have to click on this so simple just few clicks and you are running.
I do recommend this app for increase the Google Business rate, it is perfect for our needs! I highly recommend it, also the support is great! Keep going like that!!!
The support is extremely responsive and helpful. Some changes I would make: I would love to be able to choose customers specifically to send email review requests to. My business makes all our products by hand and it would be nice to be able to time when the emails get sent out more accurately. So that I can email them once they have received my product. Thank you for helping us improve our product with your review we will definitely work on it and add those features in future versions
Good dev service on this app. Had a small problem with the carousel, was helped to get it fixed, and now I'm happy
The app itself is quite useful. Easy way to farm reviews and filter out bad reviews. I like how it isolates the bad reviews so that they can be easily analyzed.
Works as advertised, very useful. Would recommend to anyone looking to display their Google ranking for people to see.

Use this App on my Shopify Store, I had a small problem no fault of the App and their Staff sorted the problem very quickly. Communications were very prompt. Even better this was on the Free version. Superb sevice, great work A+++

Finally an app that pulls my google reviews across to my website and displays them just very neatly and professionally on each page. PLUS the app also asks customers to leave a google review after their purchase - BONUS! I used the support team to adjust the way the badge looked on my home page and they were AMAZING!!
Display perfectly on desktop and small devices. Show honest reviews and when you hover display the content directly from Google reviews.

Really easy to use. Nothing much to configure. Just install and see the update. I would love to see the update to the badge to be automatic rather than updating via the app but then I suppose it might be integrated into the next version app. Excellent support! Highly Recommended.

The developer doesn't provide customization tools to fit your theme. They also don't provide a clarification if this free app will keep the same features as the paid versions in the future. Further more, in my case this app only shows brick & mortar store reviews and not merchant reviews. Although the developer is technically very capable, it is a shame this should end like this after spending hours advising for the design and user experience. We are sorry you feel this way and thank you for this opportunity to address some of the points you made. The app comes with two different options one is a badge that shows your reviews from your GMB account, and the second from your Google merchant center which using the standard look. Any merchant that requested a customization to make it look more fit for the shop just needs to ask and we happily change the appearance of the badge if it's possible. If the app will ever have a paid version, all of the current features will remain free (and also some new features that are now being developed). Best service. I contact to support ask for add a feature. And they did it over a night. This is incredible. Highly recommended. The first i have to leave a review on shopify marketplace.
