Very disappointed. They charged us for the Urgency Countdown Timer Bar but we are not even using their app — it was just installed. Charging without proper usage is not fair at all. Would not recommend unless they fix this issue. Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the confirmation to use the app is made on your side, and we clearly describe all usage-based charges in our terms and conditions. The app has been active on your site since September, which is why the charges were applied. If you decide not to use the app moving forward, you can uninstall it at any time. If you need assistance, we’re here to help.

This app is so easy to use and is a great addition for us to add a countdown timer to our website. The template designs are really good looking. Also, the fact that it ends automatically on a date and time and then disappears makes it so much easier for those of us that like the set it and forget it model.

5 stars. Perfect integration, works just fine :) Doesn't take a star off but worth mentioning: Somehow it won't start my scheduled second timer that should start an hour after the one before ends. I always have to manually deactivate and activate again on Mondays when the second one should start. Maybe you guys can fix this soon? :)
