It's a good product, the services are fairly expensive. Staying on the lower tiers is good information and the higher tiers don't add enough value to justify paying for them. It is a nice product though that I use often.

I have been looking for an app like this for a long time. Using it for over 1 year, and it's the easiest way to have your business's numbers at hand. Great dashboard. It may take a while to set up all the shipping rates, and it could be a bit more flexible on custom tax rates, etc., but I am quite happy with it. It got a bit more expensive recently, but so far, I don't know a better solution. Good support as well. Thank you for your feedback!

EDIT: Adding to this review- there have been improvements in the last ~year. --- It's a nice tool, in theory. Been using it for a while and have had occasional issues with inaccurate data - primarily shipping costs not calculating correctly, which makes the numbers vastly incorrect. There are also random UI bugs that - even with screenshots and video - seem to be blamed on the user or ignored. If you're willing to double-check things and work around data entry issues, it's fine.
