It's a good product, the services are fairly expensive. Staying on the lower tiers is good information and the higher tiers don't add enough value to justify paying for them. It is a nice product though that I use often.

It is a very good app for this price. Ofc, the UI could be better & the refresh of the data and it would be great if they could connect it with sellerboard.com -> that would be a game changer! I work with sellerboard now for several years for our amazon controlling and now extended it also for our shopify sales channel. Sellerboard is a crucial tool to determine your profits in ecommerce. I have been looking for an app like this for a long time. Using it for over 1 year, and it's the easiest way to have your business's numbers at hand. Great dashboard. It may take a while to set up all the shipping rates, and it could be a bit more flexible on custom tax rates, etc., but I am quite happy with it. It got a bit more expensive recently, but so far, I don't know a better solution. Good support as well. Thank you for your feedback!
I’ve been using sellerboard.io for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the best tools available in the market at this price point. What really stands out is the accuracy and depth of profit tracking. Unlike many other tools, Sellerboard gives a clear picture of real profits by including all costs — ads, fees, refunds, and more — in one place. This alone makes it incredibly valuable for scaling any eCommerce business. The UI is clean and easy to understand, and the setup is straightforward. Even if you’re not very technical, you can get started quickly. The automation features like alerts, PPC insights, and inventory management are also extremely helpful for day-to-day operations. In terms of value for money, it’s hard to find anything that competes. Most alternatives are either overpriced or lack the same level of detailed insights. Final verdict: If you’re serious about tracking profitability and growing your store efficiently, Sellerboard is a must-have tool. At this price, there’s honestly no real competition. EDIT: Adding to this review- there have been improvements in the last ~year. --- It's a nice tool, in theory. Been using it for a while and have had occasional issues with inaccurate data - primarily shipping costs not calculating correctly, which makes the numbers vastly incorrect. There are also random UI bugs that - even with screenshots and video - seem to be blamed on the user or ignored. If you're willing to double-check things and work around data entry issues, it's fine. They block the app if you are over the amount of orders, I get that but they keep charging the monthly subscription... thefts Hi, we appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously. We limit certain features when order volume exceeds your plan, but the subscription should always reflect the service you receive. Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting. Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data. I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies. Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool. If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us. Hi, we’re very sorry for the challenges over the past months and truly appreciate your patience. The issues with inaccurate Meta marketing costs and other bugs have now been fully fixed, and your data should now reflect accurate results. Sehr gutes Tool, kenne es noch aus Amazon Zeiten. Auch für Shopify Top geeignet! Wünsche werden auch schnell übernommen Update: the tool is not working anymore since around 3 weeks. Dataload takes hours, the numbers refreshs only every 24 hours. Meta Adspent is not loading. Tool simply doesn't work and the support just says "our team is working on it, I have forwarded it" Wir freuen uns sehr über Ihre positive Erfahrung!

I have no idea how else you're supposed to get such a quick overview of your key metrics. The tool is so comprehensive and provides a ton of important insights. I have been using this service for many years, starting with an account for Amazon and now for Shopify. A good tool for analytics and forecasting stock replenishment. From integrations, we use Meta, Google, TikTok and Shipstation, this allows us to collect all the information in one place and immediately see the current profit by day, week and month. Useless support and constant bugs. I'm trying to fix a problem with shipping fees calculations for 2 weeks now. The support is useless, only replying with generic responses and links to "answers" that are not even close to my problem. I'm considering moving to alternative app as this is becoming a real pain in the a.. I'm paying this guys for Shopify and Amazon profit tracking, but it looks like will have to move to another service both. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. Great product. Does what it says and excellent support from their team. All my questions and concerns were answered in a timely fashion. I would like to see tighter integration with MCF for Shopify orders i.e. being able to fulfil Shopify orders via MCF on Amazon like their product Sellerboard for Amazon does for eBay. A very interesting app that gives you a fairly detailed P&L of your business as well as a fairly accurate projection of where you will be at the end of the month in sales. Bei mir hat die Synchronisierung der Einkaufspreise der Produkte aus Shopify nicht funktioniert. Auch der Support konnte dort leider nach ~10 Wochen suchen, den Fehler nicht finden. Beim Controlling müssen die Zahlen halt passen.... Somit wieder deinstalliert.... Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Sie mit der Synchronisierung der Einkaufspreise hatten, und bedauern, dass unser Support-Team den Fehler nicht finden konnte. Sellerboard is great! I've tried 2 other profit analytics apps and just wasn't satisfied, they were far too pricy or didn't provide enough value. Sellerboard gives you ALL the functions and features you need at a reasonable price. I love the shipping profiles you can make so that you can accurately calculate your profit. I started with the 30 day free trial but I certainly see myself sticking around for the long haul. It helps me to make accurate business decisions because I can clearly see how much I'm profiting. As the costing system in Shopify is quite basic, it is vital to have an easy to use dashboard to consolidate all the costs of the business. And this is precisely what Sellerboard offers. It's super easy to see how much you've earned in a day, minus advertising costs, product costs and other indirect costs. It's a great app. We have been using Sellerboard for Amazon for a long time and now also this one for Shopify. We can use this to determine exactly how high our profit is. Die aktuell beste App, um einen Überblick über finanzielle Kennzahlen zu bekommen (Umsatz, Kosten, Gewinn, verkaufte Stück, Retourenquote uvm). Tolle Übersichten und viele Möglichkeiten, individuelle Einstellungen vorzunehmen, z.B. für Kosten bei Fulfillment-Dienstleistern. Was wir vorher aufwändig in Excel getrackt haben, läuft jetzt vollautimatisch im Hintergrund. Wir nutzen seitem auch die Berichte aus Shopify wesentlich seltener. Leider kostet die Anbindung je Shopify-Store inzwischen extra, vorher war sie im allgemeinen Abo enthalten... Vielen Dank für Ihr positives Feedback! Awesome App for Tracking Costs and Profits. It's not too complicated, unlike many other tools, and is also very affordable. You can track your ad spending and even monitor server-side events for customer journey and UTM tracking. It's a very good tool that I highly recommend! The most accurate app for management accounting! Easy to use. There are detailed settings for each product. You can enter all expenses and even take into account the costs of Google Ads automatically. Soon they promised to make integration with Bing! We have been using Sellerboard for many years now, we have tried many other similar types of software and Sellerboard out does them all. The user UX is extremely user friendly and offer all the features that one needs at a click of a button, besides the profitability aspect it also offers many other handy features, such as stock forecasting, autoresponder, LTV and much more. Thanks to a very handy drop down feature you can quickly and easily change country marketplaces (UK, US, EU etc). Last but NOT least is their accuracy! which is the most important, we have personally cross checked many many orders, ppc, promos and return reports and have found a 99% accuracy which is very good. PS: Their customer service (especially Lea) has always been very helpful with quick responses and detailed answers. Thank you for your long-standing support! Gut ist dass man sich eine GuV in deutscher Sprache herunter laden kann. Das ist für die deutschen Banken und Sparkassen wichtig, da dort keiner englische Onlineshop Begriffe kapiert! auch Marketingabkürzungen sind für eine Gewinnvorlage bei einer Bank nicht verständlich, daher schon mal super. Was aber echt schade ist, dass man keine Marge auf seinen VK pauschal vergeben kann. Wenn jemand so viele Artikel und Varianten hat wie wir (über 10.000) kann man nicht bei jedem Artikel den Ek einfügen. Da sitzt man in 10 Jahren noch dran. Wenn man weiß dass man zb. eine Marge von 50%/2.0 hat, dann könnte man das pauschal auf alle Artikel anwenden und man erhält den korrekten Selbstkostenpreis. Wenn ihr das noch möglich machen würdet, wäre diese App für die deutschen Anwender wirklich Premium!!! Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback, der Feature Request macht total Sinn. Es gibt gute Nachrichten: Wir haben die Funktion in sellerboard implementiert. Und zwar gibt es einen neuen Einkaufspreis-Typ: "% vom VK-Preis". Man kann bei der Pflege der Einkaufspreise im Menü "Produkte" diesen Typen für ausgewählte Produkte auswählen und dann einen Prozentsatz als Wert angeben (z.B. 50%). Außerdem gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Einkaufspreise massenhaft für alle Produkte zu bearbeiten. Das können Sie im Menü "Einstellungen" im Abschnitt "Standard-Einkaufspreise" tun. Hier kann man den Standard-Einkaufspreis-Typ für neue Produkte definieren (z.B. "% vom VK-Preis") und den entsprechenden Wert (z.B. 50%). Der Wert wird automatisch auf neue Produkte im Shop angewendet. Der Button "Auf alle Produkte anwenden" übernimmt die Einstellung auch für bestehende Produkte (wahlweise auf alle oder nur auf die, bei denen der EK noch nicht manuell geändert wurde).
