Selling Point did exactly what we needed it to do. We were in the middle of migrating from GiveX gift cards to Shopify gift cards and needed a way to bring over all active gift card numbers with the correct remaining balances. The app made that process straightforward and saved us a ton of manual work. What really stood out was the support. The team was super responsive and more than willing to hop on calls to walk through the process and answer questions as they came up. That made a stressful migration feel much more manageable. This app made it easy for our organization to migrate over gift cards from two different systems while preserving their original codes. This made the experience for our customers seamless by preserving the codes they already had. Importing credit balances was quick and easy. Everything works as advertised. While importing my legacy gift cards, I had a spreadsheet proble. Had to reach out to support and Mark was fast to respond and fixed my spreadsheet issue. Highly recommend this App. Quickly moved my gift cards to the new system without any issues. Excellent support! There was a problem with the data that I had downloaded from my previous gift card provider, where they provided the data in the wrong data format. I was having difficulty getting it formatted correctly and getting it migrated over. Mark with Selling Point provided help and pointed me to what was causing the problem. I own a brick and mortar retail business and just transitioned from an old POS system to Shopify. We had all of these gift cards that had been issued from years past that we needed to import into our Shopify system with no easy way to do it until we found the Selling Point app. We simply did an export and import and all of our gift cards (and balances) are now in our Shopify system! Having gift cards transferred from Square was proving to be difficult, but after chatting with support on selling point they we were able to advise me on what document to request from Square and then assisted in getting the spreadsheet set up and the export was seamless after that! I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received from Selling Point. I have been so frustrated with the transition from QB POS to Shopify POS, that I was expecting more problems. Not the case! Mark got back to me within minutes and solved my problem. All of my gift cards from QBPOS now will work in Shopify POS. Finally, a company that has great customer service, someone you can talk to, and that can solve your problem!

We just completed the migration from QB POS to Shopify. We used Selling Point to migrate our outstanding gift card data to Shopify. Great tool. The app worked exactly as described. The support from Mark and team exceeded expectations. From making one inquiry Mark outlined the how the entire process would work including exactly what to expect in terms of data and response from our old service provider. When having some data display issues in Excel, Mark simply took our file and formatted it for import. We have installed several apps so far and this one works and is supported better than any of them. I wish some of my other migration challenges were as easy as this one was. Thank you.

Highly Recommend!!! My experience was so great. I migrated from QuickBooks POS to Shopify. I sent a message and received a response within minutes. The email was sent with exact instructions on what information was required. I struggle with technology and the second time did not have info coded properly so I sent another email. We have just completed the migration process from QuickBooks POS to Shopify and the biggest hurdle was getting the gift cards from GIvex to Shopify....Mark and his team at Selling Point made that process, hands down, the easiest part of the whole migration. The level of customer service was amazing and it was so easy, even for someone like me, who isn't so savvy with technology to complete the process! The gift cards now work perfectly with our Shopify POS! We can't say enough great things about this company!!

If you need to import gift certificates from another platform, transfer store credit to a gift certificate, import bulk gift certificates for a promotion or import gift certificates for any reason this app gets the job done. It was very helpful to us in moving to Shopify from another platform.

Great customer service, great app. I've talk to many companies and consultants to find a way to transfer our gift cards from Lightspeed to Shopify. They all told me it was impossible without a Shopify PLUS account (2k/month). Selling point does it with a regular subscription to Shopify for only 50$ since you can cancel your subscription once the import is done. Great app.

We migrated from Square POS and Woocommerce (two platforms at once!) and we were able to seamlessly move over to Shopify + Shopify POS. Now our customers can use the same Gift Card online and in-store, which is a gamechanger. The migration was totally affective, and we are fully migrated to Shopify. Amazing help! Fast response and helped ease my gift card migration frustrations. They couldn't of made it any easier!

I used this app a couple of times. The first time was when our company was onboarding onto the Shopify platform. ICEE Social made it so easy. The second time was when a customer wanted to order hundreds of gift cards for their annual company bonuses. Very user friendly.

I was super skeptical about getting all our gift cards over without any issues. Mark and the team at Selling Point made it super seamless and easy. I migrated from Square who were VERY reluctant to give me the information I needed for a successful transition. Mark assured me I could get what I needed from them and told me exactly what to ask for in order to get Square's "rather daft" support team to help me.
