I have tried a few other discount and free gift apps and this one is the most well-designed/user-friendly. Plus, having free shipping rules based on shipping type was a must-have for us and I was happy to see they included that option. Previously, we had to use a separate stand-alone app to make that work. In regards to support, when I encountered a compatibility issue with another app we use, Adi was incredibly helpful and responsive. While it was determined it wasn't something on Skai Lama's end, I still appreciate how much they looked into it to try to find a solution. Edited to add: Also, currently working with Janet on a new theme compatibility issue and it's been a positive experience again. It's good to know they will continue to help and support their app and customers.

I was pleasantly surprised at how straight-forward it was to set this app up. Konstantinos was able to help me quickly and efficiently with any questions I had. He also verified everything was set up correctly, which was a huge help (and reassurance). Very much recommend this app for other businesses that need a little extra help ensuring they are compliant.

The app is easy to use after poking around for a bit. While they do offer different ways of displaying videos, I find that it would be nice to have a little more control over it. All in all, it does what it needs to do, though!

I searched for and tried multiple back in stock apps, and this one worked best for what we needed. It's easy to use and the reporting is done in a way that suits our company best. Also, from my initial experience, their service is great. I needed some assistance with setting part of it up - I contacted them, and Vishu was quick to help and very kind.

I had a great experience working with their customer service. They were very responsive and helpful! The app is great in that it will allow us to run some offers we hadn't been able to do in the past. Very excited to put it to use.

EasyFlow has proven to be the best option I have found to display the more complex products in our store. The options for displaying and organizing product options are robust and easy to style to match your site. In addition to the app working well, their customer support is excellent. I needed some assistance/modifications, and Balint was incredibly responsive and helpful (and kind) in all our interactions. Thank you for a great product.

Support was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and coming up with a solution. The other apps I've contacted with my needs have been unable to help, so it was awesome to hear that LAI could work with me to make their app display how we needed.
