I was a little lost with the new version of the app at first, so I asked for customer service. Mariana was very pleasant to email back and forth with. She provided prompt answers with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. Solved my issue quickly, even though it was via email instead of a chat feature (which didn't matter; she responded as quickly as a chat conversation anyway). :)

Mariana provided incredible, over the top support with setup and tweaking our settings. Sesami is easy for my customers to use to book Lavender U-Pick appointments. I will definitely use PRO in 2027 as our business expands.

Great for my spa, I've made all my products into services and couldn't have set up my business without this app, the UI feels a little basic at times but the customers service is quick and so helpful even though I'm on their cheapest plan. I think over time this app will become even better and I'm excited to see where it goes.

My website was set in 2019 to sell services and did so since then, but with a checkout process and UX originally meant for physical products There was enough content before the checkout so that customers understood what was happening but it was not for everyone, and not optimal On the side, a booking solution was set to have some level of scheduling but it could only run in one language at the time (I need 3) and as a separate system, not all customers could find it, prices needed to be replicated all the time and there was limited bundled content All that while the primary website had everything to sell services but was thoroughly missing a proper checkout process for services So it's like the site was always waiting for Sesami to exist It took me a few hours to get everything set, and customers started using it on the next day, which is amazing, on top of that Sesami opened several ways to do several new things, like have 2 bookable workflows at the same time

I had Sesami before and I uninstalled because the app didn't meet an important need that my business had, I downloaded many apps but after a year I had to go back with Sesami... and I can't be more grateful! So far this app has been exactly what we're looking for. Simple, easy to use, intuitive, multitude ability to customize even with the lower tier subscription, and integrated with Shopify POS. This app exactly met our needs and performed very well! We started as an ebike rental business only and needed to collect payment for our ebike test rides in a very user-friendly and cost-effective way, while also letting us retain our website SEO (rather than using a third-party scheduling platform). The support team was always very responsive and helpful. Our business has grown and we are now focused full-time on carrying and selling ebikes from multiple ebike brands. As such, we no longer charge for our ebike-test rides and no longer require this app. We are very thankful for the Sesami team for all of their support and highly reccomend it!!

We implemented Sesami 1 year ago this month alongside our Shopify. It's been a great platform for managing our multiple daily class bookings. They have evolved and improved their offerings since we signed on, and as our business and needs have evolved, Sesami's team has been helpful and responsive to troubleshooting any issues or listening and implementing feedback we've given.

Sesami allows us to have the booking dashboard within the website, without redirecting the user to another URL. There might be prettier interfaces for the users, but this is a very, very important feature. Great, great customer service!
