This app is unsupported. The app is failing to give a rate 30.5% of the time for us. When we reached out to support, they replied with a templated message saying that they would look into the issue and never did. It's been 2 months and we've followed up multiple times.

Excellent customer support and a very responsive team. We’ve had a great experience working with Shipduo. Nick has been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting our freight-rate setup, identifying configuration issues, and working with us to create solutions for our larger orders. When we’ve needed adjustments, the team has responded quickly and implemented them. We really appreciate the hands-on support and willingness to work through the details with us.
ShipDuo was fantastic in providing a solution to a years-long headache in calculating shipping on our website. We ship both LTL and small package, so finding a solution that would integrate with Shopify and Shopify POS seamlessly while integrating many carriers was a necessity. We now have robust tracking for our customers, a complete sync between our POS and shipping platform, and are no longer using three different shipping platforms. They handled onboarding from our transition from WooCommerce into Shopify and have been very accommodating when trying to find custom methods that work for our business. Exceptional Shipping Platform with Outstanding Support! ShipDuo has exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. The platform is intuitive and includes everything we need for LTL shipping. The Shopify integration actually works reliably, which has been a huge improvement over other solutions we've tried. Easy to install and use, competitive rates and quick pick ups.
Critical bug and zero customer support! Read but completely ignored. The app has a major issue with multi-piece shipments. My order has 8 boxes, but the system only generated 1 label showing "1 of 1" in the top right corner. Shipping 8 boxes with a single "1 of 1" label is impossible and risks losing packages. To make things worse, I contacted their customer support via live chat to fix this, and they read my messages but completely ignored them. On top of that, the system doesn't even provide an option or button to cancel/refund the label so I can buy it elsewhere. Highly unprofessional for a business-critical shipping app. Avoid if you want reliable fulfillment!

Hi, We sincerely apologize for the experience you had. You are correct that your shipment should have generated a separate label for each box, and we understand how frustrating and concerning that was. After reviewing the shipment, we found the issue was related to the specific UPS Ground Saver service selected through our third-party label provider. That service returned an inaccurate rate and only generated one label instead of the required multi-piece labels. We have since turned off that service to prevent this from happening again. We also apologize for the delay in response. Your message came in after our normal U.S. business hours and was seen by a developer who does not handle customer support. Our after-hours auto-response should have been sent, but it did not trigger properly in this case. That is on us, and we understand why it felt like you were ignored. To clarify, Shipduo does have a Cancel Shipment option under the shipment status dropdown, but we understand this was not clear enough and we will work to make that easier to find. Your shipment has already been voided/refunded, and we have taken steps to make sure this specific issue does not happen again. We hope you will reconsider your review based on how this was resolved, but either way, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could correct it. — Shipduo Team

We use Shipduo all the time for our pallet shipments and it’s been a really great experience. The rate comparisons are reliable and it makes handling larger shipments much easier for us. Everything has been smooth so far with no issues or surprises. It’s a solid tool if you’re dealing with bulk or pallet shipping. Highly recommend!

ShipDuo has been a game changer for our business. Since implementing it, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in our conversion rate and a boost in customer trust. Shipduo has streamlined our entire shipping process. The UI is incredibly intuitive, generating quotes faster than our usual freight forwarder at comparable rates. Pre-populated addresses for our pickups and customers are a massive time-saver, and their responsive support team actually resolves issues quickly. A game-changer for us!
Shipduo is a one stop shop for everything needed for both LTL and Parcel shipping. Everything is very intuitive and easy to find. The dashboard is self-explanatory and makes it easy to track all packages. Also, their customer service alone might make the price worth it. Every issue/kink we have had has been tackled same day, or at the very latest next day. Even some of the more complex shipping rules we needed, Shipduo has made easy with their dev team. No rule is too much with Shipduo.
We were an early adopter of Shipifi and we've been so impressed with the software and team from the jump. They spent so much time with us early on understanding our business & needs and have done everything they can to support us. They've even done some custom dev work for us. The platform has only gotten better with time. If you need an LTL freight tool that integrates seamlessly with your store, look no further! Shipifi has been a game changer for us! Trying to automate our LTL processes use to be a daunting task, but now with Shipifi everything is taken care of. A bonus to the app being awesome is the support team. They are very responsive and are willing to assist in all things freight!
I have found working with this company to be a real pleasure, and they really put the time and effort into making sure the app is working properly with your Shopify store. We don't have it fully automated yet, which takes a little time to set up because their system needs to learn your shipping configurations., but in arranging shipping for each order, I found it to be extraordinarily easy to use and fast... and the prices are very competitive for shipping because of the discount they've arranged. Highly recommended.!

We look to start ship on the US. This app makes it so easy. I can compare shipping rates with multiple carriers within 10 seconds directly from my orders section, and print labels directly from the carrier. also the rates are cheaper then other 3PL i checked. Also, the support is very responsive. truly recommend.
This app has been a GAME CHANGER for our small business. Their LTL rates are significantly cheaper than our previous provider and their customer service is extremely responsive. Nick was able to help me with an urgent question right away. They also have a very nice bulk feature for small parcel shipments that helped us save a ton of time. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to improve their store's logistics needs.
I start using this app for my domestic shipping, the rates that come up are much less than my current account! also, the integration is smoothly and allowed me to ship quickly. I totally recommend using this app. the support was great as well.
