Exceptional Shipping Platform with Outstanding Support! ShipDuo has exceeded our expectations. Their customer service is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. The platform is intuitive and includes everything we need for LTL shipping. The Shopify integration actually works reliably, which has been a huge improvement over other solutions we've tried. We also love the branded tracking page and customer portal, which provide a much better post-purchase experience for our customers. If you're looking for a dependable shipping platform with excellent LTL capabilities, seamless Shopify integration, and top-notch support, I highly recommend ShipDuo.
I wish I could give this app 10 stars. Order Editing has saved us countless hours, increased revenue, and offers far more flexibility than any similar app we've used on Shopify. We previously used Aftersell, and this solution is significantly more powerful and robust. The support team is exceptional—real people who are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about helping merchants succeed. They had our store set up and running in minutes. Highly recommended.
SKUSAVVY has a brilliant interface. It is easy to use and set up, and their layout builder with warehouse location mapping is extremely helpful. Unfortunately, because we operate with a mix of dropshipping and self-fulfillment, the platform is not yet fully equipped to support our dropshipping needs.
For US users like us, it does not match any tracking from carriers besides UPS, FedEx, and USPS. It won't match the tracking if you ship LTL via RL Carrier, Southeastern Freight, ABF, Estes, AAA, Saia, etc. Setting this up was a waste of time and money. The information the app integrates with the vast list of carriers should be removed from their page.

We understand how frustrating it must have been, and we sincerely apologize that our app didn’t meet your expectations. Currently, Track123 correctly identifies the carrier for 99.8% of shipments. However, some LTL carriers like RL Carrier, Southeastern Freight, ABF, Estes, and others use purely numeric tracking numbers with nearly identical formats, which makes accurate auto-detection extremely difficult across systems. We genuinely appreciate you pointing this out—it highlights an area where we need to keep improving. Enhancing recognition for LTL carriers is already on our development roadmap, and your input will help us prioritize it further. Thank you again for trying Track123.
