I've been using SKUIQ with Clover POS and Shopify Ecommerce to keep my inventory and products synchronized between the two platforms. So far so good. Just started using SKUIQ. After comparing other integrations software, SKUIQ was chosen as it allowed products to be created on either Shopify or Lightspeed. Other platforms had a master location. This didn't suit my needs. Had a few challenges during setup and the support crew have been great. At first when using this app, inventory values weren't changing, but that was an issue on my end in not changing a setting on Clover. After doing so (with assistance from the SKUIQ support) I have been loving this app for keeping up with my orders and keeping inventory values correct. This app can be confusing but when you take you time and do it like you should, the Sku IQ can be a great asset to your business. I had issues connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop. Thankfully SKUIQ came to the rescue and helped circumvent the TikTok native app issues. The customer support team is fantastic and has helped answer all of my questions which were instrumental in setting up my online boutique. They personally held two different zoom meetings with me as well as have been very responsive on their chat feature for quick issue resolution.

SKU IQ has some of the best customer service. Our setup was easy because of how quickly their team is available to jump in for any roadblocks you might run into. Most of us are used to hour-long wait times through chat boxes, but they are speedy and efficient whether it's via chat, email, or during onboarding calls. I feel really confident in using their platform thanks to the amazing onboarding experience. Our company has referred several other CPG brands to try them out and everyone agrees - SKU IQ is superior!

At first, I was very confused about how to link my TikTok to my Shopify shop, however, SKU took their time to teach me 1 on 1 in a call how to do everything to perfection. Although the price may seem like a bit for most people, I can surely say it's worth it and they even give you a free trial before you make any purchase I would definitely recommend it

I've used a few 3rd party apps to connect Shopify to X marketplace, and SkuCommerce was super easy! The trickier part is on the tiktok seller side - there are bugs with updating ingredients and whatnot. SkuCommerce side was clean and simple though, and their support team was all over any questions. Give them a shot!

So far so good, I had a hiccup yesterday when I first tried to install it (because of their dashboard going down) so I freaked out and uninstalled it then tried again today and got on support and in about 20 minutes all of my products were in and I was rolling! Support was super helpful, and I will note, I have tried about 3 others so far and had nothing but issues and LOTS of time wasted, so this was wonderful end result for me.

Used SKU IQ to connect to my TikTok Shop. There's only a few apps that can do this and I tried all of them. SKU IQ is definitely the best. Really good instructional videos and you can even setup a meeting where they go over the setup with you. Insane customer support. Highly recommend.

Sku IQ has been such a great software for our small business. It syncs all of our information from our Shopify online store to our Square in-store POS system. Their customer service is AMAZING. You can rarely find an actual person to assist with so many software platforms, but we always have quick responses that are beyond helpful. We realized we connected the location to the incorrect spot with all of our items (a big oops on our end) and they are helping us shift over the location for items so quantities sync correctly again. Next level customer service. So grateful for this product helping us make the next step with our business.

Their customers service is NEXT LEVEL amazing. Its not a common ting anymore and having them be so on top of things and have such urgency as if it was their own business they were helping is truly amazing. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly and efficiently - and most important - easily!

I have been using this app since I was able to open up our tiktok shop. They have been excellent with customer service and following up. We had a major issue with orders being duplicated and engineering team worked to fix that issue for us. Love it!

This product is exceeding my expectations and is doing a very fine sync between my clover system and my website. The sync is realtime and continues to keep my in-store and online systems in-sync.

Great support team. Jorge was very helpful with my initial setup with lightspeed retail. The app works wonderfully once everything is linked. Order and inventory syncing is super quick. Names/prices take a little longer but still quick. The only downfall in my experience is that they dont map customer profiles with Lightspeed, so i cant really sync my orders or i get a bunch of duplicate customer profiles in LS. Without order syncing, i then miss out on all the reporting i need for item sales in LS which i rely on for purchasing. So, while i totally recommend this app, just be aware of those things if you're using Lightspeed. Unfortunately i will have to look for alternative solutions but if the customer data can be mapped in the future i might be back!

So, we were a little nervous about finding a solution to linking our shopify and vend systems, but we reached the point of growth where we had to shoot or scoot, so we picked SKUIQ. I've been shocked by how helpful and kind the support people are, and also shocked by how (relatively) easy to understand their methodology is. Anyone who's been around this block a few times knows that backend inventory systems tend to use a lot of jargon and expect you to think like a either a robot or an alien, SKUIQ sticks to plain english. Using the SKU IQ app has allowed me to sync Shopify with our in-store POS Square account which is just what we needed. Each order coming through Square is also automatically tagged on Shopify, making it easy to differentiate between the two order channels. The team/support are also fantastic.
