SortWise Collection Sort

Lovely app and very helpful support team!

Shopify’s native “Best Selling” sort counts cancelled and refused orders, so our collection showed the wrong products first. SortWise fixed that. It ranks by real sales only and re-sorts hourly, with no manual work. I use Number of Sales, then a random shuffle so new designs get a fair spot, and I never touch it. I also reported a ranking issue, and support fixed it quickly. Great for any store that wants real control over sorting a large catalogue.

A genuinely useful range of features and excellent support. My requests for changes to the app were implemented almost immediately. It’s clear that customer satisfaction really matters to them. I hope they maintain this level of service and commitment!

Very useful app. Shopify's native sorting options are extremely limited, and SortWise makes it possible to dial in collection sorting for each business's unique use cases. The ability to sort collections by custom metafield values is a game changer.
