SplitOrder saves our team a lot of time on manual labor needed to manage our drop ship vendor shipments. Allowing us to split the order into multiple orders allows us to automate our purchase orders to our vendors without needing our shipping team to separate the self-fulfilled from drop ship items in our WMS system. Jesse is extremely helpful and a creative problem solver who helped diagnose an issue with split orders and our returns portal. Such a HUGE help!

App worked great for our needs. We needed to split orders based on Location (two different countries) and it worked seamlessly and perfectly. The developer is very quick in replying to emails when support is needed. I recommend this app.

Our experience with this app was extremely pleasant. We need to use this app to help separate some of our orders that included some pre-ordered products. Hi Garden Answer, Would love to help, though to be honest I think what your referring to isn't us at SplitOrder, as we don't touch (inadvertently or in-app) the continue selling when out of stock setting?? As to any unexpected behavior, if you were interested in re-downloading the App for another try. We could then address any conflict or suggest a work-around, as while our options are quite vast, splitting orders does have a lot of moving parts, especially with 3rd parties and unique workflows.

SplitOrder is fantastic! It is the ONLY solution that was able to allow us to split orders into separate fulfillments and allowed us to purchase/print multiple labels for orders with two or more items. The fact that this isn't native Shopify functionality is shocking. Shopify needs to buy SplitOrder and make this part of the native experience. The customer support team is very responsive and helped us transition from purchasing labels through Shopify to ShipStation. I can't recommend SplitOrder enough!

With multiple warehouse locations in the country, the SplitOrder app has made allocating items to a specific fulfillment warehouse easy. I love how this app allows you to split orders by product SKU, location, etc, or a combination of each feature. With this app, we're no longer limited to just one fulfillment location with all of our inventory. It reduces your shipping cost significantly and transit time to your customers.

This is the best app! Accurately splits orders based on various criteria. Easy to set up and the absolute best support of any app we use in our Shopify store. This app has saved us tons of labor and increased our efficiency ten-fold.

We have a subscription service which customers purchase multiple boxes in one order that need to be split. Since Shopify doesn't have the option to split items in an order, we came across this app and it has been a huge help. SplitOrder app is exactly what we needed. It's a pretty simple app with easy settings. We started doing splits manually at first to get familiar with the app and address any questions before we set everything to be automated. They were very responsive to our emails and we worked through any issues. We are now using the automated feature and it's been smooth sailing.

This app is exactly what we needed and simple enough that it doesn't overcomplicate things. We needed to split orders from pre-sale products so that we could fulfil pre-orders at a later date. After following the setup instructions myself, I tested it and it did exactly what we wanted with a few little extra handy features that i didn't realise I would want, but which made the whole app even better. The creators of SplitOrder are brilliant geniuses! They made it possible to streamline our business processes from manual to automated. We sell subscription and one-time boxes. These products often ship on different dates. One time boxes ship right away. Subscription products ship on a specific day each month. Orders with subscription and one time products need to be split into separate orders so they can be fulfilled at the right time. When I tested SplitOrder, it didn't originally split orders for our use case, so THEY BUILT THE FUNCTIONALITY! I was floored by the service they provided. Top notch! SplitOrder now works perfectly. This app provided the solution we needed to split shipments in Shipstation so that each shipment only contained one SKU, saving our fulfillment team time from having to split shipments manually. Their support team was also very helpful with getting this setup properly!

For over two years we have been wanting to have an app that split orders automatically for our pre-orders - Shipstation does not have this feature, though customers have been asking them for this for over a decade. I thought we were going to have to develop our own app, but I decided to check on the app store recently and found SplitOrder! The app is easy to install, and if I had any issue the customer service was quick to respond and help me get it installed! They even took an Idea that I had and implemented it immediately! Really great to finally have a solution to this problem.

I used this app to split different types of Shopify line items into their own orders based on tags. For example: preorder products were split from non-preorder products into two orders. Order-level tags were created and a "-BACKORDER" suffix was added to the split order :). Might I add, this is all done instantly after an order gets placed and before other processes get involved which is very nice. I really like how the team was very quick to work with us to accomplish our individual needs. After months of use, I cannot complain about anything. Thank you!
