The app hasn't been working correctly for weeks now. I loved it at first, but now customers have been able to select pickup dates I originally blacked out. Unfortunately I had to switch apps since the main feature I need to work doesn't work anymore. Original review: Ali spent several hours doing custom coding for me to ensure the app works exactly how I need it to. I'm an artisan bakery without a storefront, and I needed a way to give my customers multiple pickup options based on the different farmers markets I do. Highly recommend this app if you need that as well!

UPDATE: This app is great for in-person pick up. Its one of the most customizable apps. The developer reached out and apologized stating that the email i received was an error and has been very helpful in getting the app back on my store and customized to match my UI. It's refreshing to see a developer actually care. The app itself was wonderful and would get 5 stars, but they just sent an email and gave users 4 days to accept their new monthly charge. I'm irritated the developer did not give us adequate time to find alternatives or notify our customers they would no longer have the option to pick up. Sadly, my store is very small in revenue and $5/mo does eat into my margins as an emerging 3 month old brand.

We weren't actually able to use the app because we're not on Shopify Plus, and apparently we can't add anything to checkout. Regardless, Ali was very helpful and I would recommend the app just based on his excellent customer service.

Ali was extremely helpful in setting up this app when we were struggling to. (It's not hard to setup but we needed very specific things which Ali helped us with and added additional features so we could use this app to its fullest!) We really needed a way to add fees to Pickup orders as frequently we have customers who don't pick up their purchases which leads to wasted time and money. We're very excited to have this app on our site.

This app works very well and I feel that it is very user friendly. All the guides make it easy to understand how to use it and what the settings need to be. We often use it for pick-up for our special occasion food sales at our restaurants and it makes it easy and convenient for us to be able to organize our pick-ups and pace them out. When we have had occasions where it doesn't seem to be working, Ali has always been quick to respond within 24 hours, listen to the issue, and go in and fix it, all while letting us know what happened and letting us know how to prevent any errors in the future. I highly recommend this app.
