this app is beyond amazing but the customer service is TOP TIER. i’ve had to reach out to customer service regarding a few of the upsells not working, not because of the app but more-so because of my complicated theme, and they have been so kind and response. they resolved each issue in a timely manner. so happy i found this app.

this app is simply amazing. i'm in the process of switching over from bloy and was looking for a great replacement. i reached out to customer service and got was partnered with Sam and when i say i am so happy i was. he is very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. he even told me they are working on adding even more features than they currently have and he assured me i'm in great hands. so far, i love the app but i truly love and am grateful for the customer service. way to go casa.

UPDATE: i was having an issue with my check out button not working due to the cart page upsell. i reached out to the app and samuel fixed the issue in under 15 minutes!!!! AMAZING! thank you samuel! love this app!!!!!!! it's extremely functional and complements my theme very well!

great app and exactly what i was looking for! so happy this app is free. i ran into a small issue and requested a walk through via video and customer support helped me in less than an hour and resolved my issue the same day. so happy with the app and service! UPDATE: had an issue where a customer purchased the store pickup (which is free) and wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen again. reached out to support who resolved the issue in less than an hour. amazing service!

wow - this is great for small businesses who don't have much budget for UGC. the only "issue" is that the avatar voice sounds and looks like an AI generated avatar but as time goes on and AI continues to thrive and expand, i'm sure that won't be an issue. overall love the app and how easy it is to use.

i was having issues with scammers testing stolen credit cards on my site and i wanted to prevent this. i reached out to shopify for assistance with getting v3 added to my checkout but per shopify it's only available to those on the plus plan. after a few days of research i ran across this app and tested it out - i had to reach out to customer service to assist me with making sure the app would prevent the card testing and after a few emails, we set up a call so that we could make sure the app would in fact prevent card testing. during the call customer service noticed that an update to the app was needed and made me aware that they would update the app and get back to me. less than 5 hours later i received confirmation that the app had been updated, allowing me the ability to set new rules. since then the almost hourly card testing attempts have stopped. i am so very grateful for this app the customer SUPPORT. if you have card testing issues on your site, this is the app for you!

pretty good. the price is amazing. while i wish they had many more features, allowing us to auto schedule and resend unopened emails to customers would be amazing.

amazing customer service! i sent an inquiry and aurora scheduled a video chat to make sure this app would fulfill my needs. her and sophie answered all of my questions and even took the time to review backend sites on my store to make sure their app would be suitable. highly recommend this app!

really nice and efficient app. very easy to set up. my only complaint is you cant activate the welcome email unless you upgrade. while i do understand other options not being available on the free, it would be nice for customers to receive a confirmation welcome email regardless of the plan.

update: 11/14/23 - i updated my store and the app stopped working. i reached out and they resolved my issue in a few hours. great service. cool app. easy to work and very responsive. corrected my issues quickly and made my transition easier.

good app - very easy to use and set up. my only complaint is it doesnt track variant quantities so if a certain variant is sold out it doesnt tell the customer and sends them to cart part which then goes empty. other than that, great app.
