Been working with Swap for almost 3 years in my current position, app has always been great, V2 is a real step up and is great to use. The team are all fab too, Lara has been a joy to work with, always friendly, professional, and helpful! Can't fault Swap really.
I have been working regularly with Lara - Managing our accounts and providing exceptional support and guidance where needed! Working alongside the SWAP team has meant managing our international orders and processes have been so much easier and smooth running. I would definitely recommend working with swap.
We’ve been using Swap and it’s been working exactly as promised. The platform is easy to use and has made managing our returns and exchanges much smoother and more efficient. What has really stood out, though, is the team behind it. Every interaction has been great, they’re incredibly helpful, friendly, responsive, and always quick to sort out any questions we have. The whole setup and onboarding process was seamless, and we felt supported from the very beginning. It’s already saving us time, improving the experience for our customers, and making the whole returns process much easier to manage. A great product backed by an excellent team. Can't fault Swap for our returns portal, especially the new V2 version! It's super user friendly and easy to use. I would also like to thank Lara for all of her support and patience with our questions. She is always super responsive & helpful, we really appreciate everything she has done to get us set up and helping us to continue to evolve.
The tech and dashboard is very thorough and super helpful to all departments. Our Account Manager is great too - super efficient and reliable.

The onboarding of the app is among the best Ive ever had with an app. The entire team took me through the process from start to finish and answered any questions I had quickly. The app itself is user friendly and goes above and beyond my expectations. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
We have been working with Swap since August 2022 and it's a great system for returns! It's very easy to use from both our own and our customer perspective. We've recently added the Credit option live in our account and it's already paid for itself. Account support is excellent, always very helpful and fast to respond to questions and issues. Highly recommend Swaps! The team were great to help getting me set up and running within days. Not only is this much easier for our customers to exchange and return, also looks much more professional! It makes it much easier for us as a business and saves us so much time! The team were incredible helpful in communications, speedy responses and very friendly. With many features which already saving us money and keeping our customers happy, such as the store credit and upsell/downsells. By far one of our favourite apps on Shopify!

SWAP is simple to use for both the end customer and the brand. The team behind SWAP give excellent customer service and are always at hand to resolve issues and discuss new development ideas. The analytics are well-considered and it's easy to create reports with specific criteria.

Its still early days from the start their customer service has been fantastc, the product itself is good - its easy to use and the fact that we can have global returns all in one place with customisable rules and fees by country is just a game changer. Its increased our automation and decreased queries into the support team.
We've been working with Swap for 4 months now and it's been a real game changer for us in being able to keep revenue within the business vs our previous return system. It had already paid for itself within the first month and offers a much better customer experience!
A great app matched by a great customer experience. We have used Loop returns in the past and and Swap does all what Loop does but with a better customer service experience and also one tenth of the price.
Having set up Swap for our business and sister brand Fable & Eve in August 2023, this had us primed and ready ahead of peak and the usual busy January returns period. Not only has this increased the efficiency of our customer facing return process, this has also saved considerable time on our internal returns process and therefore allowed us to save crucial admin processing time in-house. The analytics readily available to us on the portal as well as data on top returned items and reasons why have allowed us to react fast to popular issues and resolve these to improve our offering and services provided so thank you Swap!
Launching with Swap has enabled two fundamental things in our business, we were able to go paperless with our returns process, thus reducing our impact (as well as cost and time to produce paper based materials) but also massively streamlined our Returns process meaning we can process all returns far quicker than we previously could. Furthermore, before signing up we were told Swap would be an excellent partner and be responsive to our needs. True to their word, Swap have worked with us to develop a new feature, that wasn't easy to develop, but one which was key to the effective operation of our international returns process. Jack and the team have been supportive throughout, and despite experiencing rapid growth themselves, have always been responsive to requests for support, additional info etc.
Returns have always been a pain point, I imagine for most businesses however, the guys at SWAP have definitely changed returns for us, the whole process is much quicker and easier for our customers. They've also made our lives much each for us to process returns and we're able to retain revenue through the shop now credit for customers. From the first initial meeting with the guys from SWAP, the service has been next level. They're with us for the long run and we can't thank them enough for everything they do.
Swap has already proven to be an efficient and practical solution to our returns issues. As we have a high rate of returns with shoes, we required a service that could meet our needs including international fulfilment over multiple locations. Any queries and issues have been handled in a very timely manner, with diligence and respect. The team themselves helped assist us by making time for regular calls and responding with almost immediate solutions. Their partnership with other services led us to improve both outbound and inbound shipments in turn helping us grow specific markets. We hope to be able to grow with Swap and see all aspects of our business improve. This we see creating the best outcome for customer and vendor alike.
Swap has been such a game changer for us, we have been about to salvage 11% of refund with the gift card and exchange option. Swap is worth 2 physical retail stores to us!
Minimised time to process returns tenfold, as well as enabling significant revenue retention through live exchanges and shop now credit for customers. What's more than that is the team at Swap. From our introductory meeting to the help & support available day in, day out, we truly couldn't fault a thing about the exemplary service which we continually receive from this company.
Swap is terrific, very easy to use, and extremely convenient. I highly recommend this to any e-commerce store owners who want a seamless return or exchange portal. Their customer service support team are great, very supportive and friendly. Their response time is phenomenal. You couldn't ask for better customer support. The upsell with store credit has been fantastic for us! 100% worth every penny.
We really like this service, a really smooth customer facing interface, the back end is easy to navigate and work with, we have all the customisation options we've needed including having certain products with different return rules. Any ideas or features we've wanted have usually been met with enthusiasm and implemented very quickly.
Great App for returns management. Allows customers to make exchanges based on stock availability and keeps money in the business through the offering of credit. Most useful function is the collection of returns data sorted by SKU or product description allowing in depth analysis of return reasons and comments.
The app we used to scale from 6 figures to 7 figures and open multiple plus stores. The app is great, the team is on hand to support. Will be using Swap for all Shopify businesses I have
