We were looking for a VAT validation app that would allow tax exemptions for eligible B2B orders while keeping VAT-inclusive B2C prices consistent across the EU—something we couldn’t achieve with Shopify’s native VAT validation and Markets settings. This app does exactly what we need, and the support team has been extremely helpful throughout the setup. We also discovered that it can send invoices, saving us the need for a separate invoicing app. Together with the developer’s B2B Registration & Approval app, we were also able to create a B2B portal with integrated VAT validation. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with this app and especially with the support I received. Sulejman has been incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He not only assisted me with installing the app, but also took the time to help customize it to fit my needs perfectly. In my case, I run a B2B eCommerce store with customers across Europe, many of whom have valid EU VAT numbers and should not be charged VAT. Shopify is mainly built for B2C, so handling VAT exemptions for B2B customers isn’t straightforward out of the box. Sulejman guided me through the setup and helped tailor everything so that VAT is correctly handled for business customers. He also helped improve the appearance of the VAT input block, making it look clean and well integrated with my store design. His explanations were clear, patient, and very professional, which made a complex setup much easier to manage. It’s rare to find this level of support and dedication. Highly recommend both the app and the amazing support behind it!

Fixed the VAT EU issue for cross border sales we have been having for a long while (over 6 months/+) with Shopify. Tried multiple, but always ran into some trouble or incorrect flows during checkout. We can finally continue our journey thanks to this app. Very responsive (under 2 mins nearly every time) developer who understands Shopfiy very well - able to provide (reasonable) edits to improve the app based on feedback within a day.

EU Tax Exemption Easy is the best app for manage VAT taxes for EU companies, I move from Exemptify becuase doesn´t work with ELLA 7 Theme, and I found this one that is fantastic and easy to use. But the most important here is the proactive assistance by New CRaft developers they help me to place and configure the app and only take minutes, and is working perfectly, 100% recommended. I have been looking for a tax solution for our B2B customers on our B2C webshop for a long time. This one ticked all the boxes. I had to request a small tweak because our shipping location is in a different country. Litteraly one mintue after the request, this change was made. I couldn't be more pleased with the support of the app and our customer support team will be very pleased with this solution.

Great app and outstanding support. We are a Swedish company selling to both B2C and B2B customers across the EU, and this app has been instrumental in creating a smooth and reliable B2B checkout experience. Our B2B customers can now place orders from EU countries outside of Sweden, enter their company VAT number, and have VAT automatically deducted at checkout. The support team is excellent. We needed help creating custom metafields to pass VAT-related data to our ERP system, and this was solved in under one hour, fully coded and deployed.
