TrueTracked: Ad Attribution

We were previously using Stape with server side Google Tag Manager for Facebook Conversion API. It was working, but after switching to TrueTracked, we started seeing richer conversion data being sent back to Meta and a noticeable increase in Meta’s Additional Conversions Reported. Meta performance also improved after the switch, and overall the tracking feels more complete than our previous setup. Setup was very straightforward and pretty much plug and play. We were able to replace our existing Stape setup without having to manage a complicated server side GTM configuration. Overall, very happy with TrueTracked so far. Definitely worth trying if you want to send better conversion data back to meta ads and give the algorithm stronger signals to optimize toward the right audience.

Surprisingly easy setup for multiple channels, and everything has been running smoothly so far! Highly recommend for attribution and server-side tracking! On top of that, the support team is always fast and super helpful whenever you need them!!

Really useful app if you run ads across multiple channels. What I like most is being able to open an order and see the full customer journey instead of relying only on what facebook ads or google ads says. Some of our customers convert much later, so this gives us a much better idea of what actually influenced the sale. We also use the first party conversion tracking, so we don't need another app or separate service just for server side tracking. It's nice having the tracking and attribution all in one place.

We were struggling with google ads conversion tracking for a long time. Tried the shopify's google channel app first, then Stape io server side tracking, but google ads still wasn't getting accurate data so our campaigns couldn't optimize properly. Since switching to truetracked the conversions are coming through much better. Also using it for facebook pixel conversion tracking and it's working great. Highly recommend!

We were having trouble getting accurate conversion attribution from shopify’s native sales channel integrations. Before switching, we tested multiple apps and even tried server side tracking with Google Tag Manager, but we still weren’t fully happy with the data being sent back to the ad platforms. We mainly use Truetracked for server side conversion tracking with facebook's conversion api and google ads enhanced conversions. What I like most is how it enriches the user data before sending conversions back to the ad platforms. Since using it, we’ve seen better attributed conversions showing in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, and our campaigns have also been performing and optimizing better.

Really happy with TrueTracked so far. Setup was easy and support has been fast and helpful whenever I've had questions. Our Meta ads tracking is a lot more accurate now! Event Match Quality is up to around 9.3/10, and we've seen an improvement in ad performance since switching. Definitely recommend.

Was using GTM server-side tracking with Stape io before. It worked, but there was always quite a bit to manage with tag configuration, server container, developer setup and updates. Switched to TrueTracked and the setup was very easy. Server-side tracking and Meta CAPI were up and running without all the GTM work, and the attribution dashboard is also really useful. As an e-commerce store doing around €500k in annual sales and relying heavily on Meta Ads, the quality of the data we send to Meta is extremely important to us. ‎ Before TrueTracked, we were using another tracking solution, but the main issue was that it was sending events only through the Conversion API. Meta recommends sending events through both the browser and CAPI, with proper deduplication, and TrueTracked covers exactly that setup. ‎ Even though TrueTracked is still a relatively new tool, we felt confident giving it a try because Sharif, the founder, answered every technical question we had in detail and was very transparent about how the tracking works. ‎ After testing it, everything has been working properly, including browser and server-side events and deduplication.
