Tanmay was very instructive and patient. He provided valuable information which will greatly improve my website and storefront. I would recommend.
Really useful app, and rapid customer service response. I'd definitely recommend!
What impressed us most is how reliable it has been. Customers can upload their images without confusion, and everything stays linked to the correct order, which saves us a lot of manual work. The interface is clean, and the setup was much faster than we expected.
This app has everything I need to run a successful business. Now just have to get in contact with the actual developer to make it all come to reality!
Very useful and yet simple to use. I could use some custom html for formatting but I recommend this app from my heart anyway.
I had a few issues with the app (Due to my lack of knowledge) and Tanmay came to help me. He was fantastic, he solved both issues efficiently and was gracious with his time. Once one of the better support calls I have had from any application. Would highly recommend.
Me gusta que te permite cargas de pedidos gratis, esto ayuda muchísimo cuando estas comenzando y te evita gastos adicionales. Espero que en nada me toque cambiar de plan!
The most complete app for product options and variants. The support team is outstanding. Fast, patient and incredibly helpful. They keep adding new features and improvements regularly. Highly recommended!
Upload-Lift is working so well for us. We are a small commercial printshop. Our customers easily upload files. I also love that potential new customers are able to upload projects. We are very happy with the app.
I love it, wish it can be a link on the products that have long forms so the webpage isn't so long
This app in Shopify makes it so easy for my customers to upload and crop their photos. Thank you!
I've been using it for years, it's great, easy to use.
Tanmay was incredibly helpful in walking me through setting up a complex engraving and image upload on the app. The design involved quite intricate shapes, and he made the process clear and manageable. He also took the time to investigate and resolve a few technical issues along the way. Communication was excellent with fast responses and clear guidance throughout. We were able to get everything sorted smoothly in the end.
It would be great if the app could automatically send email reminders to the customer after checkout. If no files were uploaded during the order, the customer should receive a reminder to submit their audio files. If files were uploaded, they should receive a confirmation email verifying that their audio was successfully submitted. That would make the whole process feel much more professional and clear.”
We like the app. It is easy to use and integrate with the other products of the developer
Great upload app for Shopify. It works well with variants, has flexible customization options, and was a breeze to setup. 5 stars.
Handles all types of file uploads, including converting PDF files to images for our products. Great customer support!
The app loaded on my site flawlessly and effortlessly. Started a new Shopify store and need the ability for customers to upload their photos. What more can I say other than it works! Thanks!
I have been using the app for years and it works amazing! In addition, the support team is very helpful and responds quickly! Thank you so much, so happy to have found this app for my shop!
We had a problem with two file upload links showing on our products but support when in and fixed that issue for us with a couple of hours from our initial email. Very responsive and extremely helpful!
I’ve had a great experience using Upload-Lift. I’ve been running fitness challenges in which people have to upload videos of themselves and it has been great! Tanmay was so great to work with whenever I needed help with anything technical. Very speedy responses and solved my problems immediately. Highly recommend!
Excellent customer service. Even though we're actually on the free plan, Michael was there to guide us with the issue we were facing. He found the issue we were dealing with really quickly and communicated it to us really clearly. I would recommend this app for upload files to everyone.
Best thing is prompt support even on FREE plan. Really like the features on image extension ad-on, almost what I've been looking for my store.
Best customer support, they always handle things instantly and do even code edits for me.

We've been utilizing "Upload-Lift Image Upload" for our customizable rubber stamps at stamplab.com.au, and it's been a helpful addition. Our customers can easily upload their designs, facilitating a smoother checkout process. By the time an order is placed, our design team has what they need to begin. It simplifies things both for our customers and our processing team, making it a notable upgrade from our old system.
Carl is so professional and works very quickly to help me fit the thumbnail image to cart page. Strongly recommend the APP and their Support are super great!!
It's a great app and very powerful, Michael provides great support. The only downside is that the app can be pretty confusing. You need to spend some time understanding how everything works. I certainly haven't had the time to fully learn it and there are things I still don't understand how to do, but again, Michael is always there to help
