AMAZING support! I had some complex Black friday discounts to set up and ran into a few issues while getting it up and running. The app support was wonderful and now it's working like a charm!

Love the app and support! We had some very specific requirements for our website (discount applied to certain products for logged in users ONLY). I tested out about 5-7 apps to accomplish this but this one was the only one that offered all the features I needed. I had a few small issues after install BUT the support team was able to help out immediately and now it's working fantastically :)

Wonderful app and fantastic support! We had an issue when setting up the gift rule, but the EG support team responded quickly and was able to sort out what we were doing wrong. App works like a charm, even in our drawer-style cart website (many other apps we checked out before this one only work with cart pages)

This app has saved me SO MUCH time! We're doing an advent calendar for our store this year, which means a different deal a day for most of December. Normally, I'd have to stay up until midnight each day to switch out the messages in the announcement bar, but with app I can automate those messages and it's been amazing so far! Their support is also fantastic, I had a question about how to change default position on the product page box and they answered me right away!

Fantastic support! Plus it comes with some great default reports (I'm particularly a fan of the "dead inventory" report - very useful!)

Great app and fantastic customer service! We had to send a update about Covid measures in our clinics, which triggered an error in the Omnisend system (they have a list of trigger words in their system to adhere to certain email system standards). Anyway, I contacted support and they reviewed my recent campaign and reverted my account to the normal state. Thank you so much again Omnisend for the speedy help!

Fantastic translation app! Our bilingual site uses a bunch of apps and Langify has been immensely helpful in helping us translate them for our secondary site language :D And any time we've had issues, their support (most recently James) went above and beyond to help!

For our store, we often do promotions with a free item (like free X with all orders over $100...) so this app has been great! Loving this app! We've used it to add a few extra bits of product information here and there (like a phrase in the cart page, in the product listing row that states what's in a bundled product..etc).

I was trying to figure out how to move the "Bought together" box, but couldn't find the code snippet for it. Support was extremely helpful and were able to walk me through it :) !

Great app! Works well if you have either a simple bundle of products (e.g. forks, knives and plates) or if you have a bundle of products where the user needs to choose an option (socks - red, yellow green... shirt - blue, white...etc) Support for this app is also amazing. They replied to my emails quickly and were extremely helpful

I had a ton of questions in regards to what I was trying to do and their support was fantastic (they were patient, helpful and answered quickly). Great app!
