the app does not install in my shopify store, keep showing "shopify store is connecting 1/2" window. I tried several times over period of months but no success. Can't reach the support either, very bad.

I have had a very disappointing experience with this app/company. It is not responsive, completely unreliable for business purposes. Communication with the support team has been abysmal, with delayed and unhelpful responses. Due to items not being delivered on time, I have lost significant profits. I highly do not recommend this app for any serious use; it's only good for testing purposes at best. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. UPDATE: 2026 08 26 - the worst there is!!! Never ever use them. Terrible service, fraudulent behavior.

We worked with USAdrop for nearly 3 years and always tried to be patient through multiple issues. Unfortunately, our most recent experience crossed a line that we can no longer ignore. Due to internal miscoordination and missed response deadlines on their side (account by Krystal), 24 customer orders were returned, forcing us to issue refunds, lose advertising spend, and suffer damage to our brand reputation. These were real, measurable losses not just delays. Despite them admitting that the issue was caused by their internal operations, they refused to provide any compensation and stated that refunds are “not possible under their procedures.” Because of this, we are now actively transitioning to a new fulfillment partner. If you are running a serious brand where speed, accountability, and reliability matter. I won't recommend working with them. On top of this, they charge $29/month for their fulfillment app, which is slow, frequently lags, lacks useful data, and is far less comprehensive than expected. Even at higher order volumes, it is not free and not worth the cost for the limited functionality provided.

My experience so far has been very good. My orders sync smoothly and the support team is always helpful and responsive. A great app that really makes the dropshipping workflow easier.

Summary of the Incident with USA DROP Over the past 8 to 10 months, my business relationship with USA DROP has been marked by serious breaches of contract, a complete lack of transparency, and conduct that has resulted in direct financial loss, missed business opportunities, and a fundamental breakdown of trust. I placed an order for custom-produced bags via the USA DROP platform. The production was fully prepaid — $800 upfront, no open balance. The goods were manufactured, confirmed as completed, and stored at USA DROP’s warehouse, ready for fulfillment. Then, without any prior notice, warning, or payment request, I received a single email informing me that my products had been disposed of. The justification: allegedly unpaid warehouse fees totaling $1,800. Facts: I was never informed — neither in writing nor verbally — about any warehouse costs at any point. I never received a formal invoice, payment reminder, deadline, or even a basic notification that any charges existed. There was no mention of time limits, storage deadlines, or what would happen if storage fees weren’t paid. The first and only communication I received was after the products were already destroyed. In that same email, I was told I could “solve” the issue by paying an additional $500, and USA DROP would consider re-producing the items. This offer is not only unprofessional, but completely unjustified. Why should I pay $500 more on top of the $800 I already paid, just to replace products that were destroyed — without notice and without legal basis? In addition to the above, I also paid monthly subscription fees of $30 per month for the platform itself, over a period of 8 to 10 months. That adds up to another $240–$300 for a service that, in the end, delivered neither reliability nor accountability. The warehouse fee of $1,800 for approx. 200 bags is completely unrealistic and detached from industry standards. Even in Switzerland — one of the most expensive logistics markets globally — such a fee would be considered outrageous. What’s worse, the calculation method provided was illogical: they multiplied volume and item quantity, which is not how any serious warehouse calculates costs. In standard logistics, you charge either per item or per volume, never both. In summary: I prepaid for products that were never delivered. The products were destroyed without any prior warning, invoice, or legal justification. I never received any formal notice about storage fees — only a post-facto explanation after the fact. I was asked to pay an additional $500 to “fix” a problem I didn’t cause. I paid ongoing subscription fees for a platform that ultimately failed to deliver. The alleged warehouse fees are not just inflated — they are calculated in a way that is commercially invalid. USA DROP’s behavior violates basic principles of business conduct, contract law, and the protection of customer property. Their actions were unprofessional, possibly unlawful, and have caused not only financial damage, but significant operational disruption.

According to the Shopify App Store, this is free for the pricing, but when you get into it, if you want to really do anything, you need to subscribe for either a monthly subscription or an annual subscription and there are different amounts that you would choose from. The free level doesn't really give you much of anything as they incentivize you to subscribe if you want to really do anything. I also received a message from Daniel, who's a sales manager, on WhatsApp asking if I had any questions and when I asked about the subscription requirement and the response was a reaction of embarrassed, but nothing else.

Agents are not giving reply properly. Most of the orders didn't delivered yet. My customers are sending mails and agents are not replying. Please guys don't fulfill with these guys.

They addressed my issues and provided a resolution, which significantly altered my perspective on the situation. It's been a journey filled with intense emotions due to my deep investment in the shop—I've been building a new brand since July, dedicating time, money, and energy to create video and voiceover ads for social media. Although it’s not yet profitable, the joy of gaining each new customer has been immense, especially as I prepared for the peak season in December. Unfortunately, just hours before December, my enthusiasm turned into panic when I felt my shop was being jeopardized by recent changes and miscommunications with the new agent, Nita. However, the swift response from USAdrop reassured me that they valued my business and were committed to resolving the issues. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of clear communication and understanding in business relationships. Some agents, like Alex, were easy to work with from the start, while with others, it took time and effort to reach a mutual understanding. With the problems now addressed and a clearer path forward, I can confidently recommend USAdrop. Their commitment to rectifying the situation proves their dedication to their clients. As a newer Dropshipping Shopify store and even newer with USAdrop, I am not finding the USAdrop site very user-friendly but the agent was very helpful and gave some guidance to make this current interaction on the usadrop site successful.

I strongly advise against using this fulfillment service. They are completely unprofessional. I was promised that my orders would be fulfilled within 5-12 days, but almost every order took over two weeks to arrive, and some are still in transit! To make matters worse, if a customer requests a return, you're out of luck—they don't provide return labels, so you can't return the product. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable service.
