As a business owner, there is no way to run a business if the apps used are not working and there is no customer service. Half the time, I couldn't even get into this app (it wouldn't open). The other half of the time I spent days and days trying to get the app to work once it finally opened. There is no customer service. Not a good look. If a business takes your money and gives you nothing in return, that seems like a scam to me! I do not believe that star ratings that they claim.
Had the pleasure of speaking to Villanelle today. I had a few question because I just signed up. My question was answered super fast within less than 1 minute. I do believe Im going to like this app!

How do I cancel this. I have to cancel my customer's order and refund their money because there is no customer service from usadrop. Emails give me the run a round and whatsap gets no response. I'm totally devastated because this company came highly recommended.
